Excellent - good service, looks good

I would highly recommend this company, their service is excellent from start to finish, explaining everything clearly and going through things until you are happy with the final design.

I have just had Sherborne carry out work for me, it was not a standard job and it required some structural work, Jamie the estimator was very good indeed, knowledgeable and straightforward, he introduced me to their Building works Director Stuart who filled me with confidence with his knowledge and can do attitude, I needed the job done sooner than they were able but Andy in the office jiggled things for me and the work started ahead of schedule, I was very grateful for this effort, and it truly set the tone for the whole job, every single aspect and staff member was wonderful, I cannot remember the names of all of the lads, but each one was spot on with the quality of their work and the way they went about it, it was a pleasure to have you all here, Stuart, Ben, Mark and all the other lads thanks so much, a truly awesome job from start to finnish Thank you

This company was a pleasure to deal with. Everything was dealt with promptly and efficiently. The men who installed the windows were polite and tidy. They even managed to save 3 of the old windows for me, with only minor damage. I'm delighted with the result and have received several compliments on how smart the house now looks. Highly recommended.

I have obtained the quotes from 5 suppliers before selecting Sherbone. They were one of the most competitive but just as knowledgeable and engaging as the top quote which was 3x higher. Whilst the lead in time was a bit longer than advised originally we felt we could trust their advice and word. We are more than happy with result, great acoustic and heat retention. We will recommend them and come back for future orders.

They say you get you pay for. In the case of Sherborne this is very much the case - and then some! Cannot commend the team highly enough for the way they handled our custom from start to finish. Honest advice and support at the order stage all the way through to a seamless installation by their in-house professionals.

I can highly recommend Sherborne. From my first enquiry online through to my final invoice and sign off the engagement with the Sherborne team has been nothing short of excellent. We had a Orangery extension and from design, building reg’s, foundations, building, carpentry, installations and fixings the entire team delivered a high quality service and finish. Nothing was too much to ask of the team and Andy’s project management and availability to respond to questions and support when needed was exactly what I wanted from the team running the project. Excellent service. Windows were fitted by two very nice men. Windows look great, didn’t leave any mess. It was like they had never been here. We have used Sherbournes before and definitely use them again in the future.

This is the second time we have used Sherborne and we are just as delighted as previously. Again, the team have been excellent. Special thanks for Rob and Aaron who were a pleasure to have here for the installation and also to Andy who came to rectify a small problem. After sales service is second to none! After looking at various options with different companies we chose Sherborne to build a rear extension and to fill in the front porch to make the hallway bigger. We chose Sherborne on reputation and having done quite a few quotes we felt the price was fair. Right from the start they have been professional , courteous, punctual and a pleasure to work with . I made a few changes after contracts signed - never a problem. We have been kept informed throughout of the process - who would be with us on a day to day basis. Each team responsible for various parts of the project has been punctual, courteous, clearly all skilled tradesmen and kept the site as clean as possible. Our project manager was Jeremy who was friendly and we had a good rapport with him always contactable and approachable. Likewise the director of operations Andy Long is always available to speak directly to him if needed. Calls or emails always responded to promptly whether it was a weekday or weekend. They have created an amazing space for us to live in both structurally and aesthetically. In addition the front door they supplied is superb. Solid , secure and looks great. They make sure you are happy at all times : during the project and at completion We would not even look at another company in future and cannot recommend them highly enough. They have built up a great reputation in this area and I can now see why. Well done Sherborne , We are delighted.

Great quality windows and door. Installation is done very professionally and accurately. Luke -the installer- made sure all was dealt with up to the smallest details. Very nice work delivered and well tidied up afterwards. It wasn't an easy job due to the age of our house, but Luke and his colleague didn't complain once and worked hard.
Communication with the company was good and the whole process was easy and professionally done.
Highly recommended.
