Initially impressed with speed of delivery. However, once opened found the product damaged in numerous places. Phoned and was met by an answering machine due to high number of calls. Emailed through the website as was told would aim to respond before end of business that day. Still no response 2 days later

Excellent service, I was able to book a delivery day on line at the time of ordering which is helpful, and it was delivered without a hiccup. Brilliant service.

Excellent service. I managed to lash-up the order and didn't specify the delivery day I wanted (for the extra cost) only to be contacted the day after ordering offering delivery the next day. I phoned to say this wasn't convenient and it was changed to the following day by a person who was so polite and accommodating. The shed itself is brilliant and I can't see how the product is produced at the cost. Seriously impressed and I can be very grumpy if I'm not!

Very impressed with the service from the word go, would use this company every time I need a shed. Even the delivery was fast and efficient and got the shed on the exact date I requested delivery.

The office equipment mailed when to confirm order..on the day of delivery is received a phone call to say they were 10 mins away.....and there they were at the door...great service...from ordering get to delivery. Amazing

The shed measurements are way out... so cross. I spoke to a very helpful young man who told me that trading standards told them to round up the measurement,s so a 7ft 6 shed became 8ft. The shed was sold as 8ft x 6ft but measures 6 inches less because they took the measurements from the roof looking down & not the actual internal measurement. I needed to fit my quad bike into the shed, it will not fit.
They are also charging me for sending the shed back.

The shed arrived promptly and was left in a sensible place as we had to go out and left a covering message to that effect.
The parts are well labelled, though the accompanying drawings do need careful studying so take care.
The metal parts are well coated but as they are flimsy great care needs to be taken to avoid distortion. That said once erected the building is quite stable and possesses a rigidity hard to imagine prior to assembly.
If you are considering a low maintenance, compact and stylish storage solution then I have no hesitation in recommending this shed.

The shed I ordered was very poorly designed. The parts were bad quality with lots of cracks and very difficult to assemble as the fit was bad. We had lots of problems assembling it. And cost me more to assemble it. The shed wasn't even cheap. It also came without a door handle. I do not recommend buying from this site. I think they should improve its wood quality and make it better fit.

I have to mention that the service is excellent!They are very good organised and the shipping we had to pay was reasonable and the delivery man very polite and punctual.The shed is good for what we paid .It is a bit too thin but for the money it is good ,we just need to tighten it down because of the storms we get in the Winter.Therefore I would recommend people who live in very windy areas like we do ,to get the sturdiest of their options(which we did not purchase because we didn' t know) even if they are more expensive. We are very happy with our shed though and will recommend the Co. to our friends.
