Shark Fin GETS customer service!
I was recently ordering an item from Shark Fin where I had a discount code. I may have been having a bad day, but I just couldn’t find where to use the code! I contacted a Shark Fin representative who walked me through the process! Hopefully, I gave them a giggle for the day! And just like previous orders, it arrived in 2 days! Helpful, speedy, and quality products! So far, Shark Fin hasn’t let me down!

I am a newer hair stylist trying to take care of my body early on and these shears are great so far!! It wasn’t too bad of a learning curve! It took about 3 haircuts for me to be really confident using them!!

I ordered this as a gift without knowing anything about sizes or the scissors in general. I was then contacted by Mollie Ellis who was super helpful in getting me the correct item. It was a nice personal touch instead of just shipping my blind order.

Decorative additions
The crystal knobs are so cute and I got matching thumb grips, but the thumb grips only came in one size so they don’t fit my shears properly. They’re not big enough and full right through the hole using grips. I already had. I made it work, but the options are to either have it too big or too small.

Very cute set
Very cute set, I've used shark fin since 2022. These new pairs didn't seem to be as sharpened as the previous I got in 2022. I've only used for 2 weeks now and they don't really cut that well. Very upsetting. I like their razor though.

Wonderful Shears
Items arrived quickly. The shears are amazing. I have small hands and small fingers and these are a great fit, easy to control and the swiveling thumb makes working with scissors for a prolonged time so much more comfortable.
