I have been at Little Green for 3 months now and very happy here A lovely quiet spot at the back .Shona in sales has been very helpful from day one and supported me all the way Thanks to Sue too.
Customer service can be a bit slow when trying to sort snags but have seen a big improvement recently

We have lived in our house at Little Green for a year now and are very happy here. From our first enquiry with Shona at the development to the completion of sale the experience was positive. Shona was very helpful offering guidance on the process of buying a new build which is the first time
we've bought new. Having lived in our previous house for 28 years moving felt
very daunting. Shona was available throughout the whole procedure which led to a very positive experience.

I am a resident at the new Waterside Quarter development in Maidenhead and wanted to register how pleased I am with the overall experience! Kerrie and Rosie in the marketing suite have been outstanding ambassadors for Shanly Homes and couldn’t be more helpful! The property is first class and extremely well maintained. A very happy customer!!

We purchased our Shanly Home at Little Green 3 months ago and this is our first new build property having downsized from an older property. Our experience to date has been very good.

In particular we would like to highlight the excellent service and support provided by Shona Holden our sales consultant. From meeting her on day one with our initial enquiries through to her management of the sales process and providing us with ongoing guidance and advice once we had moved in.

As expected there have been some snagging issues but these are being dealt with along the way and we are comfortable with the support process for getting these issues dealt with. I would also thank Damien the site manager for his support.

We would happily recommend Shanly as a developer moving forward.

We've bought several properties from Shanly Homes over the years and the Sales teams have always been excellent.
Of particular note, the team at Waterside Quarter were exceptional. Excellent customer service from initial enquiry to completion. Having donned Hi-Vis jackets and safety boots we must have viewed pretty well all the flats on offer and Rosie, Kerrie, Sally and Michael were always happy to show us walking miles in the process and sifting through numerous keys.
The Handover Process was also excellent, giving us a good understanding of the Apartment and infrastructure.
Apartments are well finished and the Waterside Development is an appealing place to live.

Throughout the whole purchasing process, Waterside Court Team kept us up-to-date. They were next to us when we had a question or when we need support. We knew that they did their best! We know that they are still there to support us

Our experience with the team at Waterside Quarter has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Rosie, Kerrie, Sally, Michael, and Lou worked together seamlessly to make the process of purchasing our new home not only smooth but genuinely enjoyable.

A special mention goes to Rosie, whose dedication, expertise, and unwavering support made all the difference. The team at Waterside Quarter has been nothing short of incredible throughout our home-buying journey. Me and my daughter have been looking to move somewhere that has easy access to the shops and motorway but also feels like we can be in the countryside.
We went to view Magna Gardens today after reading all the positive reviews on Trustpilot and so decided to add my own review to say everything I read was true!
The sales lady greeted us with such a smile opening the door for us and offering me a warm drink as it was quite cold.

She was so friendly I almost forgot I had arrived to view a house and wasn’t visiting her.
She made us both feel welcome and was a world of knowledge of the Shanly home.
She beamed with happiness as she explained that Shanly was different and expressed her own love of the development which rubbed off on me straight away.
We went to look at the 3 bedroom and thought it was beautiful in size.
The thing that let it down was its sloping garden and although Lexi suggested we look at the garden next door to try and understand how it might look was the grass was down it was still too much of a slope for us.
We want to put a shed up and have a lot of outside living.
The house itself is beautiful and in an ideal location for views.
Lexi pointed out how elevated the house was for the hills and told all about how we could dress the house to make it feel like our home.
I could genuinely see myself living there as Lexi created such a lifestyle and pictured the house so beautifully that it is such a shame that it did not come with a flat garden.
Lexi we wish you all the best for Christmas and you are truly the nicest most welcoming sales lady we have ever met.

Just wanted to leave a huge thank you to Michael, Sally, Kerrie and Rosie in Maidenhead for all being so warm and supportive throughout the sales process and with after sales care as well.

From initial viewing through to the move the whole team have all been so helpful and have kindly and patiently assisted with my many queries and after five months I am really happy with my decision to move here :)

From the moment I first thought of acquiring an apartment in the Waterside development, I was highly impressed by the staff in the sales office. Michael, Rosie and Kerrie Looked after me from the very begining.

I was reminded yesterday again how helpful they can be, when I forgot my keys and required entry. Without any complaint, Rosie came over and opened the door for me Frankly this was not the first time this has happened!

I moved into my apartment nearly 3 years ago and remains absolutely delighted with the standard of construction and finish and convenience provided

I love the apparent and the view over the water. The staff are very friendly and welcoming Which made the experience all the better.I would recommend this to everyone.

I couldn’t be happier with the care and service I received from the marketing suite team at waterside quarter when I bought my apartment. Rosie and the team were amazing and extremely kind and patient with me throughout the purchase. Rosie really helped me through some hurdles we encountered along the way, which put me at ease during a time which could have been very stressful. The team are always cheery and friendly when I see them around site and I would like to thank them for making the journey a positive one.

I absolutely love my Shanly apartment—it’s everything I hoped for and more! But what truly made the experience exceptional was Rosie. From start to finish, Rosie was nothing short of amazing—her knowledge, dedication, smile and kindness made the entire process seamless and enjoyable. She went above and beyond to answer all our questions and ensure I felt supported every step of the way.

Magna Gardens 24/11/24
I recently visited Magna Gardens for a second time.
The location is excellent and the view from the property I viewed was lovely.
Lexi was on hand to show me around and was a wonderful host.
She fully understood my position in not being in a position to proceed at this time but I felt that she gave me her full attention throughout. Lexi explained everything very well and made sure I had understood and took the time to respond to any questions. The only downside was the size of the garden for my needs, with a large dog. Otherwise Lexi would have had had another sale.
Anyone looking for a welcoming sales experience should visit Magna Gardens with Lexi. Listening to her talk about the business and the ethos of Shanley homes it is clear she shares the business' passion for building quality homes.
When I am in a position to move forward I will definitely be back in touch.

I recently visited the Magna Gardens development in Purley, as looking to buy my first house. Lexi, who showed us around the site was super helpful, especially with explaining what makes a Shanly home stick out from the rest. It's nice to see the high quality finish they have as standard on all the plots. I was very impressed with the development and careful planning that has gone into it. Although I have purchased elsewhere, this development was nearly at the top of my list in regards to the homes, development layout and location.

I have spent a lot of time thinking about the property at Magna Gardens. It is a really smashing house, but it with sadness that I have to say, unfortunately the location would be a longer commute to work than I was looking for.

I shall continue with my search, & hope I can find somewhere to call 'home', in the New Year.

We have recently purchased & moved into our first home on Magna gardens. Our experience to this point could not have been better. This is in no small part to a few individuals. When we first enquired about the site Bernardo the sales rep was fantastic & helped with all steps of the process. We then visited site for the first time & met Rosie at the sales office. Rosie could not have been more welcoming & made everything for us & our children comfortable & easy to understand. Rosie genuinely cares about each home move, as is clearly evidenced by the fact she is still checking in with us now. Once we had brought our home & began what could have been an extremely stressful & difficult process, we came to site & met Lexi in the site office who in conjunction with Kelly supported us throughout the journey. Lexi has been nothing short of perfect throughout our entire journey. Nothing is too much trouble, any question you could imagine Lexi either knows the answer off the top of her head, or finds the person on site who does & gets back to you that same day. There have been a few occasions (due to this being our first property & our circumstances) we have had sudden questions & every time without fail Lexi has put our minds at rest & personally resolved a number of issues for us. Kelly likewise was a great help in reassuring us over the phone & again we really valued her in put. We then met Adam the site manager who showed us around our new home. Again he was extremely knowledgeable & has continued to explain features of our home & resolve any queries we have had. On our moving day it was Lexi who gave the care & attention, not only to making sure our home was exactly how she wanted, but to chasing all of the other details & numerous other people to make sure that completion went through in the easiest way possible. We could not recommend Shanley more. Yes due to the lovely home they have built us, but even more so for the individuals that work there, who have all combined to make our whole home buying & moving process actually enjoyable. Even the trade people/ contractors on site are friendly & will do anything they can to help.
