Great Salespeople and unmatched quality here. I have made multiple purchase in the last 15 years and won't go anywhere else.

My husband bought me earrings for Christmas and they were exactly what I wanted. He said his experience was fine - no problems. From purchase to delivery was one week (we live in Ohio).

We bought my wedding bands at the Shane Co store and was happy with our purchase. The associate was very helpful and attentive.

We have been going to Shane since 2000. Have always had great service, never rushed, answered any questions and offered ideas. This time was no difference, Envy the associate was great. I knew what I wanted, she showed me the items and offered a few options. It has always been a pleasure buying from them. I will be back for sure.

I've checked out other jewelers, been tempted by some fantastic web stores, but I keep coming back to Shane Co. We purchased my engagement ring, wedding band, diamond studs, and necklaces from Shane Co. Their customer service and support is unparalleled.

The associates took their time to help me find the exact gift I wanted. They never made me feel rushed even when I was contemplating and asking for other options.

I bought my wife a new ring for our 10th anniversary. The Shane Company has cleaned and repaired it a half dozen times and has never charged a penny for their outstanding services. They even shipped the ring back to us this time and did not even charge us for that! By the way, we are now celebrating our 39th year of marriage.

I went to get an engagement ring on a Thursday afternoon as I thought it would be less busy, and it turned out I still had to wait for some time. And when I did get helped, they had to switch who was helping me in the middle of my service because the first employee didn't know what I was asking for.

I'm sorry to say this but.. Advertising your company is a service.
If I have to listen to your advertisements I have right to leave a review. This isn't a pick and choose who gets to have right to what. We're both speaking and need to respect each other. You've failed to do so.

I'm constantly berated by advertisements on every site I go to from Shane co. and I'm sick and tired of it.
I may not have made a purchase with your company.

But my time is not worthless. I'm tired of being treated like it is.

You'd not be happy if you were harassed for money every single time you went shopping from a panhandler.
Same situation different venue.

Ordered a pendant together with a chain. This was for my wife as a Christmas gift. The chain was so thin it was like almost invisible. The Kentucky blue diamonds were so light blue color that it was very pale color.
I was embarrassed to give it to my wife.

I purchased a gold necklace from this company and it didn't seem right. I took it to my jeweler and it tested as a fake. They did both an xray test and acid test to confirm. How does such a large company get away with doing this, I don't know.
