Hi there,

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and we're sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience.

After a purchase is made, we send an order confirmation email followed by a review request approximately one week later. Customer reviews are an important part of our business as they help other shoppers make informed decisions and allow us to continue offering competitive prices.

We do take customer privacy very seriously. Our packaging is completely discreet, and any emails are only ever sent to the email address provided during checkout. If you would prefer not to receive marketing or review request emails in the future, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email, or contact us directly and we'll be happy to remove you from future communications.

We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us review how we communicate with our customers, and we're sorry that our review request did not meet your expectations.

Hi Hristo Rankov, Unfortunately, the dildo purchased was advertised as 7.8 inches in total length. You compared it to another dildo you own which has an 8-inch insertable length, and complained that our item was not 8 inches insertable and not as large as your other dildo. We asked you to measure our item and compare it to the photograph in the listing which clearly shows the measurements, but you refused to do so. We explained that we are still happy to accept the return if the item is still sealed, as a change-of-mind return. However, under eBay policy, we do not cover return postage costs in this situation. We also explained that if you can show us the item does not match the measurements provided in the listing, we would be happy to cover the return postage costs. I am unsure what else we could do here, we clearly advertise the size of the item and explained the process, but we cannot magically make a 7.8 inch total length dildo be as big as another dildo which is 8 inches insertable length. Kind Regards, Sexy Emporium

Hello Stanley,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We appreciate your recent order with us. Please understand that we are based in England, and given that you placed your order on Friday just 4 days ago, from the Netherlands, your parcel may not have arrived just yet. Additionally, considering the weekend, your order has been in transit for only a couple of days. International orders typically take around 11 business days, as stated on our platform.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and we assure you that we are actively monitoring the progress of your shipment. If you have any further concerns, please feel free to reach out to our customer service team, and we will be happy to assist you. sales@sexyemporium.com

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,

Hello Melissa,

We truly apologize for our fault with your order's shipping.

When you placed your order, we let you know via email that due to our new UK warehouse and updated shipping systems, one of your items could only be sent via tracked24 instead of our usual guaranteed special delivery. While we hoped for a next-day delivery, unfortunately, it's not guaranteed to reach you before 1 pm. (We've been hearing a lot about Royal Mail issues in the news.)

On the day you made your purchase, we refunded you the full £4.99 postage for that part of your order. The other item from our original warehouse did make it on time before 1pm the next day, as you can see in the tracking info.

Please take a moment to check your emails for the refund we processed for you on the day of your order, four days before your review!

We're really sorry for any confusion, and we want to assure you that we've fixed the technical issue.

Thanks so much for your understanding.

Warm regards,

Sexy Emporium Customer Care
