These wonderful people gave me good advise when my old sewing machine broke down after 30 years. I had a new machine within 24 hours after speaking with somebody on the phone and free shipping. I have used the company for years for cotton and zips, always brilliant and very fast. Being locked up at home they are a real asset.

I ordered a sewing machine in late December. I still haven't received it at the end of January. I always just have got new dates for delivery.
I don't recommend this company.

Nothing is too much. Always willing to go a step further to help. My dealings were all over phone and via e-mails but l was made so very welcome as if I'm in face to face sales.

Would defiantly avoid shopping from here! I placed an order with them for two identical silver swivel clips for a sewing project I needed (when placing the order I chose the item I wanted and selected quantity: 2).However when the clips arrived they were 2 completely different sizes, meaning they were absolutely useless for my project! I got in touch with customer service and they sent out a replacement clip, but when it arrived it was brass coloured! I got in touch with customer services again and they said they’d send another replacement but that never arrived and they’re now being unresponsive. After all this I now have 3 swivel clips, none of which match and I wasn’t able to make the sewing project as I intended for my sisters birthday. Really disappointing experience. Only shop here if you feel like throwing money down the drain or gambling on wether they’ll be able to get your order right!

WORST customer service experience of my life. Do not use this company. My order went missing and they couldn't care less.... I'm now left trying to locate the missing items myself!

An excellent company, online prices as good as the high street. The delivery is very quick and customer service second to none. When I emailed asking for samples they were delivered within a few days.
