Staff were so knowledgeable and helped me choose the right machine. The transaction took minutes and I had my machine 2 days later which was followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how I was getting on with it. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company. Good customer service.

A year ago I purchased a Bernina machine and the customer service and support then was top class. Today I collected my machine after its first service at 1 year. Will was brilliant the service was excellent and the advice given really helpful. Would definitely recommend and my machine will be going back for next years service 😊 Top Class

I purchased an expensive sewing machine and I was kept in the loop at every stage. Very nice sales people and when I phoned about delivery it was answered immediately and dealt with straight away. Can’t wait to use my machine and I know I will have great aftercare.

Excellent service all round. Contacted them by phone to ask their advice as to which model to buy, placed an order online and had a call the same evening to apologise that there would be a wait for delivery as the last one had just been sold. Went over a couple of weeks late to pick it up in person as I was in the area. Can't fault their customer service and all round loveliness. Would highly recommend.

Will fully explained the problem & corrected within 3 hours. I found all who I came into contact with both in the repair shop & the accessory shop exceptionally helpful & I would recommend them to others.

I purchased a Pfaff quilt expression 720 at the stitch festival. Everyone was really helpful and allowed me time to mess about with the machine. Delivery was very quick for the machine. Still waiting for the extension table but these were out of stock. I received calls confirming delivery date and confirming the out of stock items.

It was so easy to talk to Mitch the sales man. He got the measure of the right machine for me now and part exchanging my old Pfaff was simple. Everything was arranged with regard to DPD collecting and delivering the machines. I will not hesitate to have my machine serviced at the Sew Centre. Hannah who was dealing with the sale was very pleasant too.

Buying my new sewing machine was an easy task, thanks to the efforts of Sew Centre. My first contact was with Callum, who gave me a very generous discount on my purchase. Communication was later handed over to Hannah, who organised an efficient 24 hour delivery for my machine,m which arrived well packaged. Only snag was that the handbook was in Swedish!! I contacted Hannah again, who arranged for an English version to be delivered within a few days. I could not have wished for a better post- sales service. I am absolutely delighted with my machine, and the staff I contacted during, and after the sale. I am fully confident that if I need their help in the future they will more than rise to the challenge. I am a very happy customer

We visited Barnyarns Sew Centre to purchase a Bernina Overlocker (I had previously decided which model I wanted).
There was no rush time was not a problem, we were given a very indepth demonstration of all the features and stitches the machine was designed for.
Fabulous staff and service every time.

Nice item at reduced price

I wanted to upgrade my sewing/embroidery machine and phoned Barnyarns in response to an advertised offer. Over the past few years I have happily used them for threads and other haberdashery so I was familiar with their help on the telephone.
I found the advice and help on the phone re my current needs extremely comprehensive, plus the trade in on my old machine was totally fair.
The difficulty of living so far away was dealt with by the excellent collection and delivery service, this removes my anxiety about future servicing. The whole operation went without a single hitch.
My one complaint was the lack of a full User's Guide with my new Icon2 and this was dealt with immediately and efficiently by Hannah, who has also arranged subsequent Face Time help with problems not covered.
I cannot praise the Sew Centre and Barnyarns enough, excellent customer service always.
I am an experienced needlework teacher of many years but modern technology requires a different set of skills and I find it reassuring to know help is just at the end of a telephone.
