I unmistakably ordered a single instead of a double mattress topper, a min after the order I emailed them to let them know not to send this out, they did send it out so I had to pay for the return of topper. They still have not refunded me or returned my calls which I have left lots of voicemails for them. This is why people go to Amazon!

I bought a duvet set in the Black Friday sale. Great delivery but very poor quality, looks cheap and looks like a potato sack. Emailed twice to return the set with no reply at all from this company.
I do not recommend this company.

Don't buy from this company ordered duvet set for a Christmas present and didn't arrive. No email no contact nothing. Money still come out of bank Fuming !!!!!

Delivery was quite quick as ordered over Christmas period. Mattress topper nice and deep. Just hoping it will keep its bounce over time with use.

I purchased two 600 thread count Egyptian cotton deep double sheets. When they arrived I was a bit shocked to find that they were really thin and nothing like sheets of this thread count should be that I usually purchase.
I washed and ironed the sheets and fitted one to my bed. In less that a week the sheets had become really rough, uncomfortable and bobbled, it was so bad that I removed it and tried to contact the seller. I left a voicemail twice they did not respond so I sent an email. I received a very curt reply saying they would look into the issue and get back to me.
I have heard nothing in 2 weeks my original contact by phone was over a month ago.
I had to purchase some sheets elsewhere.
This company really need to improve their customer service as it is non existent.
I am now left with 2 sheets that are not fit for purpose and would question the claim that they are 600 thread count Egyptian cotton they are the worst quality sheets that I have ever purchased.
Buyer beware.

I've ordered a few times before and never had an issues however placed an order on the 29th November, received confirmation that my order was on its way on the 1st December. I then received part of my order a few days later. However I still have not received the rest. It's now the 18th December and like others have commented, the e-mails are bouncing back and his phone is going to VM. PLEASE REFUND ME MY £71.98.

Ordered on 13 Dec 2024 and on 18 Dec tried to ring the number on the website and it goes through to VM, and no response to my chaser emails. The tracking app requires you to share your data before you can track your parcel so you do not get that info if you do not allow your data to be shared. Really frustrating.

Deep fitted double sheet all stained they offered me a 50% refund as it would save me from the cost of returning it why should I pay to return don't try putting a review on there web page as they delete it only good reviews are aloud what a joke this company is well I be going to trading standards I have refused the 50% refund so waiting on response DONT BUY

Probably all great if you're goods arrive. However if delivered to wrong address neither Evri or Seventhstich want to know. Evri tells you to contact SevenStich, asking them to reissue goods and then claim compensation from Evri. I did this as was told by SevenStich, it wasn't there foult, their spelling not mine. Not worth risk using this company, they have now blocked me from all types of communication with them.
