This guy is an absolute disgrace and not only that just doesn’t call when he says he will. Proper dodgy dealer do not use this guy he is a thief!
Just gives false promises for delivery!

AVOID this fraudulent company!
They do not deliver orders, are unresponsive to all contact, and scammers. Despite countless email & phone messages, I have now resorted to legal action.
Note that they attempt to hide unfavourable reviews!

How is this company able to trade! Took £350 from me for 3 doors on October 10th, still no doors, had very little communication which seems to have stopped completely. I wish id read these reviews before using this company. I will be doing everything I can legally to make sure this company is not able to steel anyone else's hard earned money.

Wish I had read these reviews before sending over £300 to this disgraceful company. Not even got the decency to acknowledge emails. I ordered and paid for the door nearly 3 months ago and nothing, no door and no refund. John Paul Rowe is a frauds man, taking peoples well earned money, shame on you.

I don't often write reviews but wish I'd read ahead before spending over £1,000 on doors from this company. I was given vague promise after promise and lies that the doors were out for delivery. As a small business, we were ready on site to take delivery of the doors which has cost more money and a loss of confidence from the customer. I'm now not getting responses when asking for a refund for non-delivery. I just can't get over how companies like this are able to continue to trade let alone the morality of what they are doing. I will now be pursuing them in small claims and am reporting to trading standards.

i placed an order for 6 doors worth £1200 on 23rd october. which they promised will be delivered from the week commencing 30th october. then i received an email saying one of the model is not available and the full order will be delivered the week commencing 20th november. after the 20th i have not heard back from the company. their telephone number is not working and they are not responding to emails. i think the company has gone bust!!! please DO NOT order from them !! Be careful.!!! i made through AMEX so im going to apply for a charge back.

Still not received my refund and been 4 months.

Awful service and company to deal with, I paid in full for 2 doors back in february 2023 and i still have not recived my order, or the refund they have said i could have.
They just push you to a chat box which you get an automated message that someone will come back to you to confirm and they don't!

NO DOORS, NO REFUND, NOW NO COMMUNICATION!
Please do not place any trust in this company.
I wish I had researched first. You may be lucky enough to get a reply which will be nothing but false.
Stated 57 doors in stock on contacting them, nothing arrived, after numerous phone calls, emailing and texting I managed a delivery date, yes you guessed it,, No delivery. No Doors. Blamed the couriers, the company they use are HDS, I called them, my order/address did not even exist. They gave me a contact number to Jeld-wen, yes....you've probably guessed correct again!!! On perseverance I finally received a long email reply, but a long story short, it was a staff members fault and he has now sacked them??? and a refund to follow within a week, Guessed right again, no refund!!! And now no replies. Same as all the other reviews on google and here really. The company's details are found on Company's House, so do go to The Ombudsman Retail, if you to have been scammed. {This company will contacted via text with a discount after a call if you do not purchase} Do Not Be Fooled! Had to report to fca.org .
Now over to trading standards and small claims. These people have no shame.....

We ordered doors from thios company back in March and, like many, after several weeks of chasing eventually they arrived. Unforetunately we were no longer able to use them as we had sourced other doors in the meanwhile. They said that they would take them back less transport etc. However, they have not authorised collection by their courier. We have phoned every day for a week and been promised that they will sort it out, had excuses of death in family etc, etc. Nothing. Looking at where they are located there does not seem to be any storage facility, and they appear to move around the trading site like rats.

Their head office is a similar setup with a dozen or more companies operating out of the same location, some temporary closed, some reopened etc.

In my opinion this company has no stock of its own and sources goods after it has taken your money, and this is why delivery is so slow, they have to wait for their suppliers, and lines may well be discontinued. Also if things go wrong it has no storage space of its own to accept returns. This is a nothing more than a shell company with a phoneline to some sap sitting at a rented desk.

There is an active proposal to strike this company off on the government website.

In answer to below query by company the order number is 50678. However, as with others that have had the response "I don't recognise" I doubt that having been supplied with the order number anything will come from it. If it does I'll let everyone know.

I've resent the images that we originally sent on the 2nd of August and your response on the 16th of August to the query of when the collection would be made was

Now almost 4 weeks later and despite assurances that the collection was being arranged ... nothing, nada, zip, sweet FA. No matter how many promises are made not a thing happens.

If I could use negative stars I would. Absolutely horrified by the sheer criminals that run this business. Placed an order in May - six full months ago and despite having called and emailed on countless occasions - we have had no calls back, no explanation and more importantly no refund. We are now seeking legal action to ensure this company cannot continue to scam innocent consumers.

Eventually got my money back from the bank after reporting these low life's. I ordered a Wardrobe in September but ever since nothing but lies and false dates. They respond only to bad reviews to look legitimate.
COMPLETE SCAM hopefully this company won't be around much longer, and the scum bags who run it will be prosecuted.

Extremely disappointing service. I ordered a dressing table back in September (order 51522) which was showing as in stock, then received an email afterwards to say it wouldn’t be available until later in October. Frustrating, but I accepted waiting. Since then then there has been absolutely zero contact - I have tried emailing multiple times, messaging via the website multiple times, calling and leaving voicemails multiple times, all have been unreturned. I want the order cancelled and my money refunded at this point so have raised a dispute via my credit card company.

I cannot reply to the response from the company below so adding it to my review here instead: I'm utterly baffled given I have tried to contact you via other means various times. It's such bad service - responding to a bad review posted publicly but ignoring me by all other means? This order 51522 needs to be cancelled and refunded urgently. I no longer require it or want it given this service.

The wrong size doors were ordered and delivered. After many many attempts to get this corrected i have had to contact my credit card company.
Please do avoid this company and do not pay by bank transfer as is being encorouraged on their website

SCAMMERS AVOID AT ALL COST

Ordered 2 doors from these and paid upfront but never received the doors.
I tried calling office multiple times with no answers just excuses, sent multiple emails with no reply at all, sent letters via post with no response.

All in all total scam as a legitimate company would make contact and get any issues resolved

They scammers. We places an order a year ago and have yet to receive our doors nor a refund! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t answer emails, and their online chat is not existent. Please don’t make the same mistake we have!

AVOID THIS COMPANY. As per almost every review below, they take your money and don't fulfil the order, and it would seem have absolutely no intention of fulfilling the order. The phone is never answered; live chat on the website is not live, but another form of email, and email responses promise random delivery dates. I have been promised 3 different delivery dates but was never given details of the courier or tracking numbers. In the end, I went to my bank to raise a dispute. Lloyds bank refunded the money to me and have gone to this company to get the money. I will be referring them to trading standards.
