Service Pros is excellent. They are true to their word and give great customer service. I got my car completely fixed with their help. Nothing out of pocket. Euro Collision did the work. The car looks beautiful!

Service Pros Auto was amazing from start to finish… and even AFTER.

I had just filled out the form on their website and moments later a rep and I were texting. George not only explained how they worked, he guided me through the entire process, kept in touch during the service, and checked in with me once I had my baby back on the road.

He said if my deductible was only $500 everything would be covered and it was! Labor, repair, and rental… I didn’t pay a dime and the shop he sent me to, Euro Collision, went above and beyond! It sounds too good to be true. It isn’t. They are legit.

My Jeep had only ever been to a dealership. Thanks to George and Service Pros I now have a trusted shop I’ll use exclusively. If you need your car repaired, don’t overthink it or hesitate the way I did. Service Pros Auto is the real deal.

I had a minor fender bender in my brand new 2022 Mercedes Benz A220 just a week after getting it. Since it’s a leased black car, I was very particular about finding the right body shop for the repair. Having owned several black cars before, I knew how tricky it can be to get the bodywork just right, as you can often see where the repair was done.

Life got busy, and I had to put off the repair for a while. Then, I came across Service Pros on Facebook and decided to inquire about their services. I'm so glad I did! George from Service Pros was extremely professional and connected me with exactly the body shop I needed—Euro Collision Center in North Hollywood. George also informed me that I qualified to have my deductible waived, which made me skeptical at first, but I decided to go for it.

I dropped off my car on 8/10, and was greeted by Art, who was very professional, and I even met Victor, the owner, who was incredibly down-to-earth and kind. The whole team was accommodating, professional, and provided top-notch service.

Although my car took a little longer than expected due to the parts coming from Mercedes, I wasn’t too worried because I knew it was in good hands. Throughout the process, George kept in touch, answering any questions I had.

When I picked up my car on 9/25, I was blown away! Euro Collision Center made my car look even better than when I first drove it off the dealer lot. They perfectly matched the paint from bumper to bumper, and the repair is completely invisible. I’ve received so many compliments on how flawless it looks!

I highly recommend Service Pros and Euro Collision Center for anyone in need of car repairs. Both businesses are honest, professional, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you to George, Art, Serg, and Victor—you’ve made me a very happy customer!

I would like to say that Euro Body Shop is the Best they have superb Customer service. Raffi was awesome when talking to him on the phone he gave me all the details and guaranty. And they offered to Pay my $1,000 deductible. And when I arrived to Euro Body Shop I was greeted kindly by Art he sat me down and offered me water and Coffee. And then the Owner Victor came out to greet me. Victor helped me with their rental car service Victor was Awesome👍🤩 in getting the car I needed and he gave me Free 4 days Free with No Charge. it was so easy and so convenient to drop off my Car at the shop and pick up the rental car all in one Stop. If your ever in the need to have your car repaired I Highly recommend them come down to Euro Collision Body shop and talk to the Owner Victor you will be Happy you did. Euro Collision Center has been a fantastic experience from start to finish! Raffi was incredibly helpful and responsive from the moment I called, providing clear details about their services and patiently accommodating my scheduling needs even when I was running late.

Upon arrival, Artak greeted me warmly and efficiently got the ball rolling. He provided me with all the information I needed about the repair process and secured a rental car that perfectly suited my needs while my vehicle is being fixed.

Very professional and the work was awesome.

I was the victim of a vicious hit-and-run. I was also a mere weeks from having to turn in my lease. Worse, I was unemployed through no fault of my own. Three strikes and I was pretty sure I was "out" to use a baseball metaphor. 😕 I stumbled across Service Pros on social media and as luck would have it, they were running a promotion that would help me with my insurance deductible. Every one at Service Pros was kind, conscientious, and professional when it came to handling a terrified woman who had been told by her insurance company that they may be frauds. I can tell you THEY ARE NOT! And they did a fantastic job on my damaged passenger side fender. I could not be more pleased. Raffi and the team are the BEST! I highly recommend Service Pros!

Friendly staff and everyone treated me like a queen. Did a phenomenal job fixing some cosmetic damage on my car. Car looks brand new. I drive a 2023 Tesla Model Y Performance. They went above and beyond helping me with a rental as well.

I took my car to service pros spelt after noticing that someone had hit my parked car in the middle of the night and took off iadmit i was a bit skeptical at first they seemed to be to good to be true. I am happy to say I was wrong Surge and his team exceeded my expectation when I got my car back it looked just as amazing as it did when I first bought it I couldn't even tell it was in an accident. They matched my color paint to the exact glitter flake they even touched up a couple of scratches i had around my car as well the service and work here is magnanimous the only downfall was the amount of time I had to wait for me car. Total 2weeks but they estimated 3 weeks from the start. No matter how long it was well worth it.

Ok I will go ahead and give this place a 2 star review. Only because they did try and make a attempt to right some wrongs but they still fell short on trying to make it right.This place tells you the whole time that nothing will come out of your pocket when in reality in my case 2550.00 came out of my pocket because there body shop that they sent me too charged my insurance storage fees. And because of the fact that they was more than what my insurance would pay i was the one who had it take out of what was the total to pay off my car. Had I not been charged that amount my car would have been paid off and I would probably would have a better chance in financing another car. Instead i still owe on a car i dont have and so far have no luck in getting another car. However George did reach out to me and like I said made a half ass attempt to make it right but it would have been nice if I could at least recovered what was taken out of my pocket during this while ordeal. Will I ever take a vehicle of mine to them No! Would I refer people to them No!

I contacted Service Pros regarding my Accident in my Ford F150. From day one they were so easy to work with, They always responded to any issues or questions in a timely manner. My claim was closed and I never had to do any follow up on this incident as they handled everything with my Insurance Company. I will confidently refer anyone to use Service Pro as I know they will be happy that they did.

Serj was great! He was very helpful right from the moment I brought my car to their workshop. He did all communications with my insurance company and made sure my car was repaired back to like before the accident and made sure it was covered.
