I cannot say enough good things about the Semka Health products. I have used the Sleep, Pain, and Focus products, and I have been very impressed with the results. I experience foot pain from plantar fasciitis, which often causes painful foot cramps. When I apply the Pain product topically, the cramping subsides within minutes. The Sleep product helps me get a restful night's sleep without leaving me feeling groggy the next morning. The Focus product helps me stay alert, focused, and productive throughout the day.
