Outstanding service, Thank you!
I am very impressed with the company. The process of selling my used laptop was very easy and straightforward. On completion of the valuation of my very old laptop I received a free postage label. Three days after I posted the item I received the refund in my account for the exact amount that was quoted. I definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking to sell their used devices. Thank you!

Very Impressed 5 stars
Free shipping and money was paid into my account the next day. The process was quick and easy. I received £95 for a fairly old laptop that had been sitting around unused for years. Well worth it!

Really helpful with factory reset issue
Really helpful when I couldn’t factory reset the laptop which was in otherwise Excellent condition. They said to send it anyway and I expected to get a lower price but they paid the full price for Excellent condition. Really impressed.

Good to know
Throughout the course of our business, we accumulate hard drives, RAM and whole machines. For security reasons we have always secure erased the HDD's and then usually end up storing them as we didn't know if we would use them or not. Trouble is this requires a dedicated machine, software and then storage. So its really nice to have a company you can trust to not only arrange collection, but then securely and safely dispose of the data and machines, best of all they even paid for some of it as well. Really happy with the services and would highly recommend. Thanks guys.

Great Customer Service
Easy to use website with the plus point of free postage, just dropped my boxed laptop at the Post Office. Great customer service too as received a phone call from Sam who advised my laptop wasn’t faulty, my charger was, so he increased my payout when he really didn’t have to. Most appreciated and will definitely use again and recommend.

Really easy to use service and payment received quickly. I underestimated the condition of my laptop and Sam (customer service agent) notified me of this and increased the value of my laptop, which was a very honest thing for them to do.

Fast turnaround
Fast turnaround, as with all these services, there's always a reason you don't get the full amount, even when it passes all the diagnostic tests.

Thank you for your feedback Steve. We are always happy to provide the amount originally offered but if the conditions you have stated, don't match what we have received, then we have to revise so we don't lose money.
We are happy to provide evidence of any faults and if you are still not happy, we can return free of charge, where we are at a loss.
Our aim is to make you happy and not to knock your money down every time where we risk you having your laptop returned and we lose both money and time.
