The staff were knowledgeable, patient and very helpful when we were looking for wallpaper. We were kept updated on the progress of our order.

Staff are very informative about all wallpapers, you can ask them anything and they know the answers. Service is very good staff are excellent.

Ordered 21/08 arrived 09/09 help booked and deposit paid for help. When the help arrived the wallpaper was short only by a small amount but I paid for 3m so expected 3m and needed exactly 3m. Help paid for wasted time and company contacted as bespoke expensive beautiful paper not fit for purpose. Firstly the company offered to help me with my measurements which I didn’t need to just needed 3m as ordered then as the video sent to prove the paper was short wasn’t absolutely clear how short they need me to unpack the whole lot and take further pictures which when working away and needing my room for grandparents for childcare I will have to put them up in a hotel. No further help offered I asked to return the wrong item but that isn’t possible either. Due to their T’s & C’s. I’m losing money continually while having to prove my claim of it not being right which they have video evidence of. I look to lose all my purchase money as I will need to finish the room to accommodate family this week. I’m posting on here as no solution to help and spending hours trying to resolve something that isn’t of my making they should send out what you have paid for.

Excellent family run business Diane and her team are so helpful and we are so happy with our wallpaper :) Thank you again to Diane and her wonderful team for making our experience great.

Absolutely amazing,Diane and Debbie spent so much time with us trying to find the right paper for us,such nice ladies and so helpful, highly recommend this store 🌟

The samples arrived just fine, direct from the manufacturer, and the quality was great. But what differentiated this small Dundee company from the larger companies I'd dealt with previously was that, when I came to order and had a query about delivery, I was dealing with real people, and they took the trouble to make sure that my order was expedited. Result was that the parcel arrived at the start of the promised delivery window. Happy too with the fact that the price was reasonable.

Fast service with excellent packaging, even for a small order.

Even though i was 1 x roll of paper short (my fault)
Colin went above and beyond to help me sort out my problem great team and will defiantly use in the future for all my decoration needs

Terrific service and advice.

Good product. Timely delivery.

Love my wallpaper everyone said how much they like it it arrived quickly

Very helpful staff, paper can sooner than expected

The price shown on the website is very different from the actual price paid. If I knew there was such a big difference between the actual deducted price and the price displayed on the website, I would never buy on this website.
