Fabulous service
Fabulous service from select wallpaper.
After struggling to source this particular wallpaper. I contacted select & Debbie went above & beyond to get the product for me. She contacted a supplier in Poland & in less than a week she had received the order & dispatched it to us in the midlands. I also had an email & voicemail to confirm the order & dispatch.
Would definitely recommend.

Hello
Thanks for the feedback, I just looked into your order. Currently we are experiencing issues with samples of BN Wallpapers (including the Van Gogh papers) this company have closed their doors currently, but we did email to let you know we could source 2 rolls of this particular paper, but I understand without a sample that’s difficult.
We have now removed sample options from these products now and will refund your £1 postage, I do hope you can reconsider your review and if you want any complimentary samples sent to help you with the poor experience please just email diane@selectwallpaper.co.uk
Apologies for the issue.
Thanks
Diane

Very wide range of products
Very wide range of products. I was looking for a particular Casamance wallpaper and all the colour shades were available only on this website. Customer service were very quick to respond and sort out the issue when I contacted them about a delay in delivery (which had to come directly from manufacturer and the delay was on their side)
I will definitely order again from this site.

I have emailed you about this matter, I am sorry for this experience and inconvenience, your sample order will be refunded.
In my email I did just want to check the address was correct so I could offer to resend as sometimes in the Royal Mail things do go missing, please if you do ever decide to use us again which I hope you do just pick up the phone or email if unsure.
