When I formed my new company through Seed Formations, they were responsive to my messages and emails. However, now I need to make some changes to my company details, and I have been trying to contact them via both email and messages, but I have not received any response for quite some time.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Seed Formations to anyone.

I registered a new company through Seed Formations and purchased a premium formation package which explicitly includes a free domain name.However, I have not received the free domain voucher code or activation link. I have sent multiple emails, open live chats, and WhatsApp messages. Their team is actively reading my messages on WhatsApp and live chat, but completely ghosting me and refusing to reply.Taking payment and intentionally ignoring a customer while withholding parts of their paid package is unacceptable business practice. Avoid this service if you expect to receive what you actually paid for.

This is extremely disgraceful service. I submitted all my documents to Seed Formation on 1st July and cleared all my payments etc. Everything I had to give, I gave them the money. After almost 10 days, I received a reply that I would have to get verification from the Companies House side, which was normal. And for that, I separately paid £25.99. Now I have received no reply for 15 days. When I emailed them, I was told to pay another £24.99. Is this real or are they lying? This Seed Formation is a liar and a scammer. All formations give you a company within 24 hours. Today is 30th July and it has been a whole month – no reply is coming. And whenever I get a reply to my email, they just ask for more money. These are scammers. Stay away from them. Curse on such service and such liars.

Great service and assistance when forming my company in the UK. As a first timer it was quite daunting but everything was so quick and easy - all done in 24 hours. Very honest and reliable service. Would recommend as a non resident anyways

I have been waiting 3 days to get a single reply from them but so far nothing. Applied for refund from them, let's see if they give me my refund back or turn out to be another scam company.

Seed Formations is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with—unprofessional, incompetent, and completely disrespectful. The way they treat customers is beyond unacceptable.

I had successfully registered a company in the UK before using an official government-issued document from Turkey, as I don’t have utility bills in my name. Naturally, I assumed this would work again for renewing or registering a new company. However, after a month of frustrating back-and-forth emails—where every response took ages—Seed Formations completely wasted my time and abruptly rejected my application, refunding my money without any proper explanation.

The most infuriating part? They blatantly ignored my follow-up emails when I asked for clarification. No response, no accountability—just silence. Their lack of professionalism and customer support is astounding.

In contrast, I registered my company with Rapid Formations in just two days without any hassle. The difference in service quality is night and day.

If you value your time, your money, and your sanity, stay far away from Seed Formations. Their incompetence and lack of customer care make them completely untrustworthy. I wouldn't be surprised if they go out of business soon—and frankly, they deserve to.

Please don't use their services. It's been 10 days since I paid for a LTD company, still with no reply! Even after requesting a refund..

Fake firm
They don't register any firm and after taking payments they will keep postponing it. I have paid them for uk firm and till date they say it is still pending from company house as technical issues

Please stay far away from this company. Mails are not forwarded. Customer service does not respond at all. There are many competent competitors.

we use this company for our registered office and business address and we have received mail on an ad-hoc basis I have just discovered that we have a CCJ registered against the company as they never forwarded any of the paperwork to us to deal with! I am shocked at the lack of attention and its basically a scam - DO NOT USE THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES - I have written and called them and absolutely no response

Ignorant customer service. They asked me to pay for item delivery, and never made the delivery after 3 months, even after tons of email they never reply to.

Best value for money and best services I have received in ages. The best part was most services were free with their packages. Very patient staff and they answered my queries for days preformation. Highly recommended.

I’m so lucky to see all those reviews on a perfect time! I was trying to contact them to ask about their packages! Every package starts with a low price to lure you to buy their package. Then, they will be adding many additional items which will eventually increase the original price massively! I asked for a call back but no one called me! Their customer service is horrible with new customers so I came to this website to check their reviews! Thank you for your honest reviews! I will take my business elsewhere! 😊

The company advertises it has a telephone service. Perhaps it has an intermittent one. They were not contactable all day by telephone today. A call was booked for hours ahead but they did not call me. No email or apology was sent. The company formation is complicated, the order overcharged me and it was not editable so I wasted hours trying to re-do it without success. If you listen to the recorded announcement on their telephone number, just that should set alarm bells ringing. If you can bear to be palmed off with a dense web chat operator, even that has no response
