Was customer since multiple months
Was customer since multiple months, but I cannot remains customer since the owner of the website blocks the "Renew" access of my IPv4 /24 that I've leased on Securebit. I will not work with this company anymore.

Abysmal support, disgusting attitude, horrible customer experience
We were looking for an alternative to HE Tunnelbroker service for various reasons. Came across this company and decided to test their free /64 tunnels to see how it goes before paying. Created two /64 SIT tunnels with the Switzerland endpoint. All was well for a couple of weeks. Mid June, the tunnels stopped working altogether. After a week, I contacted them via email. There is no contact form or anything like that visible on the website, only the info@ email address. Never heard back from them.
Decided to delete the tunnels and create new ones, this time with a Germany endpoint. They worked for about two weeks, then again stopped working. It turned out they abandoned the endpoint without any prior notice once again.
Deleted the tunnels, created a new one with another Germany endpoint. The prefix got assigned, however the tunnel never started working.
In mid October (!!!) I received a reply to the original support email I sent in June (!!!). Let me quote it: "Sorry to hear. Do you still have this issue?". The email was signed by Kevin Bühl, Chief Executive Officer.
Not impressed by the response time, I explained the situation and expressed by concerns about the time it took to respond. Things went downhill very fast from there. The only suggestion I got was to use their commercial services. I sent one more response, stating the obvious: "I am afraid I am not willing to pay for a service with completely non-functional support. Please understand that people use the free service for testing whether it fits their needs and decide whether they are going to switch to a paid-for plan. Abandoned endpoints without prior notice, responding to tickets after 3 months, no apparent way to contact support visible on the website - would you decide to pay for services of such provider?!"
The final response from Securebit AG: "You don’t need to use them".
I would strongly suggest to avoid this provider. The services are completely unreliable, their customer service is non-existent and the attitude is beyond belief.

Since it is a free-tier service, it does not come with the same level of support and guarantees as our commercial offerings.
That being said, we acknowledge that our communication could have been more timely, and we regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We are continually working on improving our processes and response times. Our commercial services come with dedicated support and a service-level agreement (SLA) to ensure prompt assistance for paid customers.
We respect your decision and hope this clarifies the distinction between our free and commercial services. If you'd like to discuss this matter further or explore a plan with more robust support options, we would be happy to assist.

Painless ASN assignment and IPv6 allocation
Securebit AG made the process of getting an ASN assigned completely painless. They are the first company I found after a long time looking that would take care of the whole process including providing required sponsors to RIPE for the ASN assignment process.

The support was excellent answering my questions and granting my requests.
Also securebit.cloud have useful functions (like LOA whenever you need it for example).
