I wanted an alarm installation at one of my properties and contacted Securebase. The staff were very friendly and efficient throughout the whole process.
Reasonable pricing.

I called Securebase at least 4 times to ask for a quote to install CCTVs and no one ever rang me back to arrange a survey. Their excuse was that they were too busy.

We've had a Securebase monitored home alarm system with sensors on downstaira rooms, windows and doors for several years now. Service has always been good 24/7/365.
I know because I called on a Saturday night when one of our sensors developed the fault and set the alarm off. We got it sorted over the phone temporarily until an engineer came on Monday and replaced the sensor. I've no complaints. I've always received calls when an alarm is triggered.

I had my alarm installed by Securebase in 2011. Excellent job. They service this every year. Engineers are professional and polite. I have had no problems with my alarm. I would highly recommend this local North London company.

have used Dariush and his team for more years than I care to remember and always find them helpful and efficient with their responses. They are extremely knowledgeable. Two of my window sensors failed and I called Securebase to fix it. On that occasion they were far too knowledgeable (!) and noted that wires had been "nibbled". They were 100% certain that we had a mouse infestation at my home that I proudly and vehemently denied could be the case because I'm too posh for mice) Fact is they were dead right and needed to get various holes under the house sealed. Strangely, what reminded me of that is the very reason I'm writing this review. Today, a tenant of mine telephoned to say that his front door wouldn't close and he sent a video. I sent the video to Securebase and rather than land me with a 60/£80 callout charge (as most locksmiths would do) they suggested that my silly tenant might have left the latch on. Guess what… they were right about that as well! Hugely recommended.
