I"ve joined this so many times to try and understand it and it never worked. The culture of this platform is something I've never experienced and not in a good way. SInce its user based and not controlled by Linden Labs, its a complicated world.
Regular users do try and help new people out so that's one positive thing but the majority of people on it are stalkers, pedophiles, and people looking to scape their own life which is bad.

I wouldn't reommend it in 2023 as a fun, virtual experience, there are only 40-50k people on it daily and half are bots.

Be aware that the have a fake Vivienne Westwood that charged literally as expensive as the real one. I am not sure about the shop name but somethings like futks. And yes I got scammed by them and turn out they do not have any social media store and not even the name in the shop list of the market.

Second Life is not bad but the way Linden Labs runs it is not well you can aperingly get in to trouble if you rp as someone who is under the aspect of dwarfism or just being a dwarfs or gnome do to how bad the tos is worded I don't see how that's right other then them having some kind of problem with people with medical problems like that and the fact that there customer service is so bad they do not talk with you at all and just tell you to buzz off basically.

I have been a player of Second Life for 14 years.
Have a good reputation on the game and have helped many. But resently i have noticed for no apparent reason i seem to be baned from many regions. Even from sims belonging to the land owner i actually rent from. For instance, i rent from the Chungs in-World who have the most sims for renting than any other land owner. Even though i rent from the chungs, i wanted to visit a land belonging to them that was for renting. However i could not do this as a region ban was showing which i find very starnge considering that particular sim available to rent is actually from the land owner i already rent from. This has never happend in 14 years of playing second life, so i do not understand why someone like me with a great reputation who has never caused any drama to anyone would be facing such a problem. I am 55 yrs old in rl and certainly not an under age player of sl.

Riguardo al gioco invece sconsiglio a tutti di entrare e perderci tempo (e per l'amor di dio soldi), non è un posto pulito.

I truly don't understand the appeal. I am an avid player of Life Sims, so when I heard about Second Life, I thought it would be exactly what I was looking for. Only, it is one of the most overly complicated--void of anything entertaining--games I've ever played. They boast a large customisation menu, which is true if you want to pay real money for it; otherwise, you're stuck with a default avatar. The chat rooms are entirely unmoderated, which to some might seem ideal, but in reality, it creates a breeding ground for sick individuals with no jobs and 0 real-life social skills. I've quit and come back to Second Life so many times because a part of me just thought I was misunderstanding how to play the game and that surely, with all its popularity, there must be more to it. However, this is not the case. I had more fun playing Habbo Hotel, a game with far too many racist pixel people, than I did this absolute waste of computer data. Don't recommend it.

Second Life caters to BDSM and Porn. I purchased rated G land on Dentro to get away from it, however a BDSM group bought some of the land next to time, and actually perform BDSM on the rated G land. Linden Labs has done nothing about it, even after 5+ complaints. Porn is everywhere and you are not safe from it.

Ho scoperto questa azienda facendo una ricerca sul Web: la mia cucina era vecchia e non mi piaceva più. Sarebbe stata da cambiare, ma grazie a Second Life Kitchen è stata ‘rigenerata’, sostituendo le ante e il top. Adesso è come nuova. Il consulente SLK, Fabrizio G., è stato decisivo per la riuscita del progetto: competente, professionale e attento ai minimi dettagli.

Grazie a Fabrizio ora abbiamo una nuova cucina, progettata e realizzata con cura per sfruttare al massimo il poco spazio in un ns piccolo ampliamento, ma anche una cucina 'ri-nata' ed adattata in un nuovo ambiente (tavernetta), sfruttando al massimo quanto disponibile da una cucina esistente, con nuovo top e nuovi elettrodomestici. L'assistenza di Fabrizio è stata eccellente sotto tutti gli aspetti (tecnici, estetici, economici), lasciandoci pienamente soddisfatti!
CONSIGLIATISSIMO!

Scoperto per caso su internet, sono stata affiancata da Fabrizio G fin dall'inizio.
Dovendo traslocare in una casa nuova con cucina più piccola sono stata consigliata su come potere riadattare la mia "vecchia cucina".
Con poche, ma mirate modifiche, è una cucina nuova.
Fabrizio è un Professionista con la P maiuscola, sempre disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio o consiglio. Ha seguito il progetto dall'inizio fino al montaggio e oltre.
Si avvale di collaboratori precisi e competenti.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Scoperti su internet, siamo stati sempre seguiti dal consulente Fabrizio G. a partire dal preventivo-progetto su misura e durante il montaggio della cucina. Risultato ottimo ad un prezzo assolutamente inferiore a qualsiasi negozio! Consulente con tanti anni di esperienza, molto competente, sempre disponibile, capace di consigliare su tutti gli aspetti (arredi, accessori, stanza, impianti) e offrire vari cataloghi con tante soluzioni.

Abbiamo deciso di rinnovare la nostra cucina e abbiamo contattato (non senza scetticismo) la Second Life Kitchen. Ci hanno fissato un appuntamento con il consulente di Milano Sig. Giuseppe. Con la massima gentilezza e professionalità ha ascoltato le nostre richieste e cosa volevamo cambiare (lavello, top, antine). E' venuto per ben tre volte per visionare l'eventuale lavoro, prendere le misure con molta attenzione e consigliarci sui materiali e colore. Nella nostra cucina, di vecchio é rimasta solo la struttura. E' stata completamente rinnovata. abbiamo cambiato ante e colore, top e schienale con risultato eccellente, grazie anche al lavoro del falegname sig. Emanuele che ha montato il tutto in una giornata con la massima precisione.
La nostra cucina sembra nuova e abbiamo ricevuto complimenti da conoscenti.
Bravi e grazie per il lavoro svolto con professionalità, correttezza e gentilezza.

Mi hanno rinnovato le ante, il top, il battiscopa (e altri dettagli) e incluso nel preventivo mi hanno anche montato il lavello e il piano cottura. Sono molto soddisfatto per il lavoro eseguito. E' stato fatto tutto ad opera d'arte anche nei dettagli. Sono tutti molto professionali e competenti. Ringrazio molto il consulente Fabrizio G., che mi ha seguito dall'inizio a fine lavori. Il montaggio era stato fatto apparentemente bene. Poi però è stato un disastro.
1) dopo un paio di mesi si stacca una antina e per fortuna mio nipotino ero qualche metro distante. Se lo avesse preso in testa …:: non oso pensare.
2) devo cambiare la lavastoviglie però non esce dal vano in cui era posizionato. Come mai ??? Chi aveva fatto il montaggio ( di cui conosco il nome ) aveva avvitato la lavastoviglie al vano sotto il lavandino. Prima hanno avvitato poi montato il lavandino quindi non accessibile in nessun modo.
Ho dovuto metterci una settimana per trovare il modo di segare le viti.
3) chiamati più volte e la risposta è stata “ non ho tempo “ “ forse tra un mese “ . Di fronte alle mie lamentele minacciando di andare x via legali ….. ai sono anche offesi.
4) per una settimana ho lavato piatti pentole a mano e da parte loro neanche una scusa.
VERGOGNA.
Il servizio si vede quando ci sono i problemi perché a montare mobili siamo capaci.
