Measurements and Instructions sent both ways by email and WhatsApp. Fitted by the inhabitant with ease. Instantly raised the inside temperature by a good 6 degrees. Staying cosy even during a harsh winter

I'm really impressed with these. I have installed them on all the windows in my house except bathroom, and the difference in sound coming through my windows is night and day. It has cancelled pretty much all background noise. Thermally I would say the rooms stay warmer by 1-2 degrees, which is quite significant. All done for less than the cost of a single new window.
I got the glass made locally.
When I called the team was very patient and helpful. The trackglaze was not difficult to fit, just need some patience and accuracy in measuring and cutting.
Amateur tip, measure your pane sizes not twice, but several times. Also same for checking the calculation for adding/subtracting. I had to take mine back to the glass firm to be trimmed because I'd measured or calculated wrongly (luckily, too big).

Very good website with comprehensive information and descriptions. Easy ordering and precise cutting service. Prompt safe delivery of an effective product. Relatively easy to use for those used to diy. Seems reasonable to secondary glaze a 3 panel, 1.5m2 window for around £120.

A great product, delivered super quick. Very useful online guides and clear instructions to be downloaded too.

Very helpful, they check the order and give great advice. Product is brilliant, we no longer live in a cottage where the heating is setvat 22deg and are freezing, its down to 18 deg now and we feel toasty.

Great solution!
To be able to fit a secondary glazing layer myself to an existing single pane window was just what I needed. It was a struggle and the information video does state you should have some help with installation, but I managed! It has drastically reduced heat loss and draughts.
It is not a cheap option but it is cheaper than having a new window installed!

Well priced products, easy to use ordering system, the well protected items arrived on time. Easy to install system. It has stopped my old single glazed bay windows from icing up (on the inside!) over the winter.

Everything was good, except for the delivery. it was quick, but no indication of when it would happen.

As I knew I would likely be out for most of that day, I left a message on my door and briefed a neighbour to collect on my behalf. The package was simply propped up at my front door.

2 lengths of Magnetglaze Pro Extreme failed after six months. These were immediately replaced with no qualms.

This is my third order. Great company to deal with. Always quick delivery and panels cut exactly to size. Working through my house and adding secondary glazing to all sash windows and doors, makes a big difference to keeping the heat in, the noise out, and pretty much eliminating condension on the single glazed sashes. Magnetglaze where I need to open and clipgaze elsewhere. Straightforward to install, recommend.
