I recently ordered replacement sealed units from Sealed Units Direct and couldn't be happier with the experience. The windows are excellent quality, arrived exactly as expected, and look fantastic.

A special thank you to Vicky, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She kept me updated on my order, responded promptly to my queries, and made everything straightforward and stress-free.

The delivery drivers were also fantastic, friendly, professional, and a credit to the company.

Great experience from start to finish!
Online ordering was quick and easy with all the options clearly shown on the drop-downs.
Pricing is transparent and there were no hidden extras.
Vicky was very helpful in keeping me updated when the units were ready and then arranging delivery.
The units themselves are perfect and even came filled with Argon gas as standard and cost substantially less than I had been quoted by local glass suppliers who do not even have the facility to include Argon and do not offer free delivery either.
The delivery driver was very friendly too and in good spirits despite very heavy traffic on the day.

I ordered three medium sized units to replace my blown units at home. The web site was easy to navigate and order from. A day before the units were to be delivered I was phoned by Maisie who took me through how and when the units would be delivered and on the day was phoned by the delivery team to tell me they were about to deliver them.

The whole experience was just great, windows are now installed, they look great and I'm sure that it saved me a whole lot of money.

After a little accident with the lawn mower & a stone, I needed some new glaze. I was stressing about how much it would cost. After a Google search I chanced upon Sealed Units Direct. The website was great & easy to use. I entered the dimensions & type of instant quote.
I ordered on the 13th June & received it on the 2nd July. I think that reasonable allowing for manufacturer & dispatch. Which was free for my area. When I had a delivery query I corresponding with Maisie, who had allow the info I needed.
If i need glaze in the future I will definitely come back to sealed units direct & will definitely recommend them

Absolutely Fantastic company to work with. Maisie and Vicky both went above and beyond to help me when ordering a large double glazed unit and the price was fare cheaper than anyone near to me.
The unit arrived and 2 helpful lads helpful lads were happy to help lift the heavy unit off and put it somewhere safe.
All said and done this company has excellent staff and the product and delivery is also excellent. I am on the borders of Lancashire,North yorkshire and Cumbria and can't believe it was fare cheaper and easier ro get a unit made and delivered up here than locally. 5 stars isn't enough 👍🏻

Over zealous cleaning of the patio resulted in me requiring a new double glazed panel for the conservatory. Bye house insurance no claims discount and increased excess I thought until I actually did some research. I searched google and opened sealedunitsdirect.co.uk web site entered the size required having removed the trim to get an accurate measurement and the site gave me a price that was pleasantly less than I was ever expecting and negated making any claim. Approx two week turn over. I contacted the office just after the two weeks and spoke to Vicky who couldn’t have been more helpful, took my details, rang me back and confirmed it was on the following days delivery. Excellent friendly service and great quality product. Even got a follow up email confirming everything was satisfactory. Definitely my go to for any replacement glazing
