Nice sofa, good quality at a reasonable price. It was delivered on time and the delivery people were professional and efficient - I'd recommend.

We ordered our sofas in January and…
We ordered our sofas in January and were given excellent service and an expected delivery week. The sofas were delivered in that time line and the two guys who delivered and set up the sofas were extremely efficient and friendly. Overall, delighted with the service from start to finish.

From choosing the furniture in the showroom and the delivery and construction we had excellent customer service from friendly and helpful staff.
The only thing that was disappointing was the long wait for the furniture.

Staff and delivery were excellent
Staff and delivery were excellent. Recliner and sofas are exactly what we ordered, but , lower base cushions on the front faces are creased / misaligned not flat like all the display examples. So am disappointed as it arrived yesterday. To be fair the after sales/ Aftercare team ( Lesley) was very helpful and apologetic regarding this issue and passed the case to Amera group for further review. We look forward to the issue being resolved asap.

First of all I am very sorry for the concerns raised with your furniture and will aim to have this resolved for you as quickly as possible.
An appointment has been booked with Emmiera for 08/06/26 where a technician will attend to take a look over you sofa.
Once this has been actioned, and we have received the report, we can then discuss the next steps with you.
