good in store service not pushy but helpful when needed the store had a good range of furniture
the delivery service was exceptional they kept in touch and arrived on time careful and clean

Frank (The Dane) was very approachable and helpful. He talked us through some sofa options, gave us time to look around and remembered us later on in the day when we came back in to order. Very friendly and very helpful.

I would like to say Frank the Daine was brilliant! Made us feel at ease very helpful and informative and was very funny. We was with him for two hours considering we was "only looking" but came out with a suite! Top bloke !! Only criticism he forgot the Coffee!!

Furniture was a bit more expensive than I'd planned but I feel it will be of good quality. Really pleased with my purchase and can't wait for delivery. The sofa bed mattress was amazing quality and thickness.

Met with Frank The Dane today at the Waterlooville branch. As soon as we walked in you were hit by a very nice smell which I believe they push out through their vents. It's a shame they don't sell this as I think we would buy it for our home. Frank came over and made us feel comfortable with his politeness, humour and helpfulness. An honest man who didn't try and push the sell like some do. We knew what we wanted and after making all the checks, went ahead with the purchase. The whole sale experience was excellent so hopefully the product and delivery goes the same! Well done Frank!

Just bought a 2 seat and a 3 seat recliner sofas from ScS in Waterlooville, would thoroughly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting a new sofa. Nothing was to much trouble & with over 200 colours to choose from I was there a long time, can’t wait for the new sofa to be delivered. There is such a vast variety to choose from. Had a great experience with Frank the Dane, he was warm, welcoming, answered all our questions and was extremley friendly. He left us alone until we were ready which made it a lot more enjoyable.

The salesperson ordered the wrong material, he did all paperwork and has admitted to getting it wrong said he would sort it and order new one to be delivered in new year, Head office just called and its tough. Tried to email them to start complaint procedure but their email on their own website does not work

We ordered from the Waterlooville branch, everything Richard told us about the process and timings happened to the tee. He was spot on. Selecting fabric and having something built as you want is never a quick process, so don't expect a 4-6 week delivery. After the order and deposit was placed, we received a text update (just as Richard had said) from the depot in Sunderland to say it was ready with a delivery date, we rang the store and paid the balance over the phone. Then the delivery depot kept us up to date all along it's journey until the driver rang to say 20 mins away. Can't fault the two delivery guys Taha and his wingman, they unpacked outside and brought the pieces in and put together in our room. They were great. SCS have obviously been selective in who does their deliveries and that means a good service rating all round.

New sofa arrived today, the delivery guys were very efficient and polite would happily recommend SCS very happy customer

We were kept informed regarding delivery, which turned out to be considerably earlier than was originally forecast, and although the notice given for the planned delivery date was rather short, it was no trouble rescheduling it. On the day of delivery it was easy to track the progress of the team and when they arrived (a three man team, all quite chatty and friendly) they did a great job of getting our suite into the house and assembling it quickly.
