Very nice welcome with staff explaining everything we needed to know about the range of fabrics and colours available.

Our lovely new sofas were delivered on time by 2 friendly men and were installed quickly and efficiently. Thank you 😊

Being greeted and explained how you work and then leave us alone just to look around and only come to us again when we ask far away we explained once we asked questions and that’s why we bought the sofa

Perry and Mario were great at communicating whilst still out delivering to other clients.
On their arrival they were pleasant and respectful.
They checked my home out before getting off their lorry and brought in the furniture in but by bit and made sure that the heavy large section came through the hallway (which was cleared of floor space for easy access) to bring into the lounge.
Both then setup the sofa recliner very easily and quickly.
I was informed that a spills what to do with the cleaning kit that was left and once all was up and running they exited out and onto the next client.
Very happy from start to finish with all staff and the quality of the fabric to turn it into a recliner is a fine job well done.

I was so impressed by the customer service I received by Adele she explained every detail on purchasing a beautiful leather sofa .
On walking into the store was inviting nice smell so very much to see & upstairs too .
The store itself appeared exceptionally clean & plenty to choose from .

On walking through the door the staff were friendly, polite and helpful. No pressure on getting a sale on the day I walked away with a Quote. A week later I revisited the store and Jamie the store manager took the order on behalf of the sales person as she was on a day off. Now I’m just looking forward to seeing our new seating couch and single seat . Great job Jamie and team
