The experience was excellent. The delivery team were very efficient, polite and tidy.

Charlotte was fantastic. Created us professional when we walked in. Gave a brief overview of the offering and the way things work and then left us to browse the showroom.

Was given date of delivery in July, it turned up late June, brilliant.
Delivery information and correspondence was top class, right up to and including the morning of the delivery.

Excellent customer service and advice, great range of furniture and knowledge of the sales man was fantastic, we told him what were wanted ref size an functions and he took us to display models and also showed us material samples on other items similar to what we picked.
Delivery was faster than stated and great communication throughout.

I wasn't there but my girlfriend said the lads did a brilliant job with the tricky access, going the extra mile to get the sofa in. They put it back together and it looks fantastic. Top job.

Delivery staff were efficient and helpful - they helped us to dismantle our old 3 seater sofa and and to move it to our garage for later collection. We came in to your Swindon branch, not sure what to expect. We did expect a bit of pressure sales but never felt like that at all. The woman we dealt with was very helpful and kind. She never made us feel pressured and was happy to ask any questions we had. Just hope the sofa's are as good as promised.

I purchased a beautiful sofa, chose my colour, then I changed my mind about the colour and went back to change it, nothing was a problem the colour was discussed and changed straight away. Very professional. I enjoyed my experience and cannot wait to receive my sofa once it is made and in my home.
