Top notch service!
We were in the store for almost 3 hours (!) but we weren't rushed in the least. Deepak was patient, didn't rush us, and was really informative. He helped us when we needed it but knew when to give us space to discuss. He also was very patient as we chopped and changed through various options. We had a chat with manager Ruhal who confirmed that we were getting everything we wanted. Both were courteous, friendly and professional at all times. Excellent experience, would recommend either of them and the Staples Corner store to anyone. Now looking forward to a brand new sofa!

Shopping experience was great
Shopping experience was great. The store smelled really nice when we entered. The sofas on display were clearly labelled. There were a huge variety to choose from so we had plenty of choices on our budget. The discount deals were definitely worth a look and made the shopping experience useful and practical. The sales assistants were polite and offered us tea or coffee and were knowledgeable about the sofas. They explained everything well and didn't pressure us and left us to really explore and find the right sofa. When you sit on the right sofa you just know! We found what we were looking for and were offered a good deal. Payment was quick and efficient. Overall I would recommend this store to everyone. Particularly with the cost of living crisis it's nice to go into a store that offers realistic prices.

Great service!!
Muhammad was brilliant help getting our sofa beds. We looked around around and he showed us everything that we wanted to see - 2 hours breezed by! We left having made our purchase happy and excited for our new sofas!
