Brilliant sales guy tony.very helpful quick and easy to order goods from him.plesant chatty very helpful with explaining goods i purchased working out quality ,quantity,prices i needed to decide which goods i prefered.Nothing was too much trouble all questions answered.

I’m very sad the power pack didn’t arrive for the two seater sofa in order KDC-302-652 but in no way blame the wonderful delivery men, they were amazing, courteous, kind, well mannered and very quick and professional

Carole was extremely helpful and friendly as I chose carpet. She answered all my questions, let me take samples home and was there when I returned to place my order, explaining all of the next steps.

Delivery went really well, drivers were polite and had high respect for my furniture and property

We bought our sofa and two chairs from SCS Stafford the Hough eleven years ago. Therefore we decided to have a look for a new sofa.
We were made very welcome by Carole. To cut a long story short we came away after ordering a lovely sofa and one chair. Which hopefully we will receive sometime in May. 🙂.

Today, we spent a while considering sofas to buy.

Carole from SCS Stafford, approached us when we first arrived in the store, with a brief introduction. And then left us to look around. Periodically, she checked up on our progress, offering any advice and explanation that we needed.

We were also offered coffee, tea or water, which was a nice touch.

We felt no pressure to buy. And for this reason, this helped us to think through our purchase correctly.

So we have left the store feeling happy about our purchases.

Can't wait for them to arrive now.

Carole was from the moment we arrived in store fantastic, she did initially come over to see what we were looking for and explained how the store was set out but then left us alone to spend as much time as we wanted exploring the products. When we were ready to discuss options she was friendly informative and put both myself and my partner at ease immediately. We both left the store saying what a lovely lady she is and extremely professional.
We couldn’t have been happier with how Carole treated us.

Took my uncle, who is 77 and not very mobile, to the Stafford store to get a new reclining sofa, chair and footstool. The staff could not have been more helpful, they took their time to understand what he needed - his old recliner was no longer working properly so he wanted to replace it as soon as he could. He took ages to decide on what he wanted but the staff didn’t rush him and he is now getting his new sofa, chair and footstool delivered next week. Great service, well done Stafford SCS.

Although our delivery was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond ScS’s control, we was kept up to date every step of they way. ScS made sure to keep communicating with me.

When the sofas came, the delivery team was polite and well mannered and really helpful when they were asked questions.

Cannot fault the service I received.
