friendly and not pushy staff - great quality

The lady that dealt with us was very professional and knowledgeable and not pushy sales either. She went through everything and was a pleasure to deal with, hopefully the rest of the experience will be as good when we get the sofa

We bought a clearance sofa on Sunday 23rd August . The sales person Karen told us that she will call me later that day or on Tuesday (as she is of on Mondays) to confirm when will be delivery day. She didn’t call to Thursday so we went to Hedge end branch to find out that we have to wait for replacement sofa to come. Then we can get our sofa. She didn’t mention this on Sunday when we bought the sofa! She lied to us telling me she will call same day or next working day for her! So we thought we will have our sofa quick as it was a sofa from the shop!
So now our sofa have to stay there for Monday know how long ,being used by other customers ….and I’m not sure we will get any he sofa in the condition we bought it!
Avoid buying from there!

Made a repeat buy of the Ethan now Eldwick sofa plus the Maer sofa for another room as our recliner has been excellent. It’s nice to see the same team still working in the store. All very helpful and smooth ordering process.

We were greeted on arrival, and after explaining what sort of sofa we were considering, we were pointed to the appropriate area of the showroom. We appreciated being given time to look around on our own before being offered able assistance in choosing options that best met our needs.

This was our first visit to the showroom, first Impressions, very keen and tidy, excellent range of furniture. Jamie who helped us was very pleasant and informative and helped us with any questions that we had. We chose a suite and Jamie completed all the paperwork on his iPad, he emailed us a copy of the paperwork. We agreedto have the leather elite health visit, warranty as Jamie gave the impression this was all included in the price when Jamie discussed this with us we feel he did not explain the costs of all of these items, these were not shown to my husband before he signed the agreement. We don't object to paying for the warranty and care kit, what we object to is the cost of the health visit and the arrangement fee, had we been told about this we would not have taken it and feel this should be explained to the customer more clearly. I have told Jamie my thoughts about this but you ask the customer to be honest so we are being honest.

Fantastic service from top to toes, and such a great choice of suites. The delivery guys were super experienced and friendly. All setup in 20 minutes and now we can enjoy our new gorgeous Italian made couch and chair. Bliss!

We chose the furniture a few months previously and the staff at the time were professional and very helpful.

On the day of delivery the two staff who attended and delivered and put together the furniture were again very professional and courteous. They explained how everything works and who to contact in the event of any issues going forward into the future.

Helpful staff and knowledgeable

Paid the best part of £2300 for a sofa which took over 3 months to be delivered and when it arrived it came with poor stitching with thread hanging down everywhere.
The hooks on the sofa were also put on the wrong height so can’t have the layout (set-up) of how we saw it and purchased it as on show in store.
Contacted store who pass you over to the upholsterer company that takes over another month to get an appointment with then they play the blame game on each other.
Would not recommend and would strongly advise buying elsewhere

Because you can’t reply to the comment from the company as mentioned the after care team got in touch then passed it back to Poltrone and heard nothing! Company is shocking and somebody needs to take responsibility. After care team are a different company who laugh down the phone at you. 0/10

Excellent service by the staff.
The sofas are well made and very comfortable.

Too much pressure as soon as you entered the shop.
I personally like to look at what I wish to purchase. Then I like to ask the questions. Having said that we did purchase, the salesman was polite and knowledgeable. I received all the paperwork via email, which was waiting in my inbox once I got home. I cannot comment on delivery, or indeed the quality of the items I bought because they have not arrived yet.

The delivery was earlier than expected which was great. The sofa is amazing. However when purchasing it was completely misleading on the price and method of payment by the salesman. I contacted the store and wasnt given any response to this.

Buying our sofa was great from start to end. On looking around we were helped by the staff member (John) but never was there any pushiness. On our second visit to order again the staff were great. Delivery was only a week later than first told but wasn’t a problem and the delivery men were great. Love our new sofa and very pleased with the service
