Service on purchase was ok, needed to find someone despite having spent 10 minutes looking about the shop. Deliver service was excellent. The guys were friendly and helpful making sure furniture was where I wanted it to be.

Sofa & chair where delivered 30 minutes earlier than was stated in the email. The men were professional and friendly. There were no issues putting the items together. Great experience.
The sofa & chair look great in our sitting room, the colour is even better than we remembered it in the show room. And it is very comfortable.

We got a bargain at the South Shields branch
We visited the South Shields branch and we purchased a 3 and 2 seater sofas delighted with our purchase Julie who helped us from start to finish was helpful friendly and explained everything we needed to know ,even gave us some bottled water it was a red hot day ,all in all we were highly satisfied with our purchase and the saleswoman thanks Julie

there wasn't any pressure, just constructive guidance.
the delivery team were informative and proactive, they kept in contact to ensure the furniture arrived as promised - if not earlier than originally expected, which was really appreciated.

EXCELLENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICE
We were kept informed every step of the way on how long our new suite would take and then what date and time it was going to be delivered.
The two young men were very pleasant, respectful and professional too when entering our home and putting the suite together, they tidied everything up and took all the packaging away.
