The staff were great, we were made to feel very welcome, in particular Kieran who went above and beyond to assist us, moving furniture around so we could see how we could mix and match colours, unfortunately we went away to think about what we wanted and when we went back 2 days later it was his day off. Anyway Ellen served us and we bought 2 rocking recliners.

I have one complaint though, the air freshener that is used throughout the shop is far too powerful, I could still smell it when I got home, my thoughts are with the staff, and I also wondered whether constant exposure affects the staff’s olfactory system, as they must be breathing it in all day.”

Store assistant Kieran was extremely helpful, as we requested an extra chair which he sourced from another store. Arranged delivery and kept us updated at every stage.

Ellen was polite and helpful from the first greeting and throughout the visit and purchase. The atmosphere in the store and the demeanour of the colleagues was relaxed. I enjoyed the experience without ever feeling any kind of pressure to get a sale.

I had a great experience at Poltronesofa Norwich. I have found the perfect sofa for my living room and the nice lady in the shop was so helpful and kind. I cannot wait for my sofa to arrive and I would highly recommend everyone to have a look in the shop. It definitely has a nice staff and great quality furniture.

5 star. Lovely show room. Lovely sales lady, no pressure at all, happy to get cushions to look at, swatches. No rush, all very chilled. She seemed genuinely happy and was chatty and professional.

Young lady who greeted us explained where everything was in the store then left us to get on with our looking. She said if/ when needed anything come and find us, didn't follow us around being pushy like in some stores. Once we had decided she was very helpful throughout completing our order.

Great service instore and got some freebies, canvas bag & tape measure. Phone call with delivery day, then messages & emails keeping me informed. Delivery day phone call & message & email with delivery time, was earlier than stated. All went well and helpful delivery drivers.

We had full attention of sales staff although, to be honest, there were 3 staff and no other customers & she pointed us in the right direction to meet our needs.

There wasn’t any pushy sales pitch. Easy ordering. We were relocating, so ordered one part of the country & delivered 280 miles away. Slight confusion with delivery dates due to relocation, but sorted efficiently. Delivery guys kept us informed of timing & were pleasant, friendly & professional. Sofa looks great! Thanks

I had ordered the sofa on 16th november and we had gone into the store to select colour, fabric and sofa style and were told it would take 3 months to arrive which we were perfectly fine with. come to february and we have received the wrong order. the sofa was right shape and design but the wrong fabric and colour. the footstool we ordered was the right colour and fabric but the wrong model. we called up and explained and they put the order in again for us to get the right order and in the meantime demanded to keep the wrong sofa until we got the new one. they said it would be delivered at the end of april. it’s now the 2nd of july and we’ve only just had it delivered. it is the wrong sofa again. the exact same sofa we already have that’s wrong they have made it wrong again so we are stuck with the wrong sofa trying to get in contact with the store for them to give us the right sofa we payed for or give us a complete refund.
i am genuinely appalled by the lack of communication from the store and the fact that it seems there’s no effort on their part to give us what we payed for.

Our sofa and armchair was delivered earlier than the time frame we were given, very impressed, Jay and Taylor expertly delivered our furniture and set it up in the places we asked they were both very helpful, respected our home and very pleasant. We are very happy with our new sofa and armchair Thank you 😊
