delivery was quick and easy, good chat, unfortunately delivery was a week late but they arrived early based on the time frame they gave us:)

Had my new recliner sofa delivered today, the 2 men that turned up carried it in assembled it in no time at all, quick, efficient and very pleasant and helpful, no fuss, no mess, pleased with the service.

Excellent communication by email of delivery date & time slot. Driver was excellent telephoning of exact time of delivery. Delivery boys very polite & helpful. Very satisfied customer.

Simon and Huw were on time with my delivery taking care around my home , they placed furniture in the place of my choice,, they were both very pleasant and took away all packaging

The gentleman who severed me was very helpful and to help me come under my budget discounted the two piece unit I was interested in
The only down side is the length of time for the furniture to be delivered

They doubled check to see weather the sofa was the correct before entering the property. Checked before going if their was no damage

We received a warm welcome and asked how we could be helped . The assistant Andrea was knowledgeable and able to direct us to the product we wanted to purchase . She was able to assess very quickly the type of chair that we wanted . With no pressure we were guided to all suitable chairs . We were guided through the purchase with efficiency and support . Superb service from the staff

The salesman was very patient with us as we looked around trying different sofas placed all around the sales room. We found exactly what we were looking for eventually and are now waiting eagerly for the delivery. Thank you very much for the very good service.

The gentleman who served us was very helpful, not at all pushy and didn't try to oversell.
