I knew exactly where my delivery was because of the tracking. Nate and Liam were very polite and efficient. They soon had my furniture installed exactly where I wanted it. Well done SCS very impressed.

Joe and the other delivery driver were here earlier then expected but everything was ready to go delivered built and in place in 35 mins happy with purchase lovely chatty guys felt sorry for them working in this heat thanks I do hope this sofa lasts longer then my last one Covid order experience though fingers crossed positive thinking .

Happy and productive visit shopping at SCS today - on a hit day, the lovely cool 😎 showroom was a welcome respite... Met by Brian, he showed us a number of options for recliner chairs and coverings, so we didn't need to visit anywhere else, we found just what we needed.
Only down side looks likes 8 weeks lead time to delivery, but that is 'free' so that's a plus 😊

When entering the store me and my partner were greeted by Freddie, he provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision on a sofa. Any and all questions we had, Freddie answered them with such clarity and honesty, to make sure we were getting the best value for our item. His kind and friendly presence made the experience so easy. The quality of the sofa is brilliant! I can’t thank Freddie and Chase enough for such a pleasant and positive experience!

I purchased a sofa from SCS Lincoln on 02/03/2025. I have to say when I went in to the store the overall store experience was amazing, Jayne the salesperson was fabulous and I happily purchased a sofa with delivery expected to be in eight weeks with it potentially arriving earlier. I checked the website tracking in April which stated it would arrive into the DC on the 28/04/2025. This was then suddenly updated to 28/05/2025. I since then received a courtesy call prior to the 28/05/2025 to say we will be delivering your sofa by the end of the month. I was delighted to hear this to finally get my sofa as I had just relocated without any sofa for the tv room. I had then rescheduled the delivery date to the 07 June a Saturday as I live on my own and wouldn't be home the selected date due to work purposes. A day later it has been cancelled and I have been in contact with Lincoln store and essentially nobody can give me a direct answer of what is exactly happening it is now nearing 14 weeks since purchase when max it is was meant to take 8 weeks!! The Instore experience was great but since then the Customer SERVICE has to be one of the worst I have ever experienced in the UK. For this reason I will never recommend SCS to anybody ever again or use their service. ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL post sale service. You call up and never get a direct answer then you have to wait for a call back. The Customer form nobody gets back to you. I Just want my sofa now. If I knew it was going to take 14 weeks I would never have purchased on the day. If somebody senior could please finally tell me what is happening this is the least I expect.

Never been into a SCS store before, however I was amazed at the quality of the furniture. Like stepping into a high end store forsure.
We visited a Lincoln store where we met a super nice man called Chase. Extremely helpful and after changing our order yet again after much indecision we settled on a lovely occasional chair that I had been looking for. So many styles and colours it was hard to decide. Chase was brilliant, helping us with colours under various lights!! Amazing. A long wait, coming from Italy but so worth it. Thank you Chase, a star.

Having moved house recently it was time for a furniture upgrade too. We visited the Lincoln store and were greeted by warm friendly staff. We were looked after by Jayne who was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and guided us through the options available to us. We bought a 2 and 3 seater sofa which have since been delivered and we are very happy with the products we purchased. The build quality is second to none.
We were so happy we've been back and purchased another 2 seater sofa for our conservatory!!!!

Original delivrey date delayed by 2 weeks but no issues once confirmed. Delivery was made on time and the drivers were in and out within 5 mins.

We had a lovely lady today when we went in to look for a sofa. She answered all our questions and didn't make us feel pressured while looking. Would recommend and thank you for all your help.

We were welcomed into the store by Sophie, and after discussing our needs with her, she was able to guide us to a selection of sofas. All our questions were answered to our satisfaction and we made a purchase. We were advised delivery may be 16-20 weeks which was a little disappointing but we were pleased to get an email confirming delivery on 10th may - approximately 12 weeks.
The delivery team were professional, personable and efficient.
Overall a great customer experience.

Brian and Chase were exceptionally helpful and friendly. All was explained well and in detail made spending money fun.

Initial visit to store Brian was extremely friendly, professional and helpful and his knowledge of the sofas we asked about was great. The process of ordering and up to delivery was easy.
Delivery guys, Zach and his colleague were friendly and professional and we were kept informed by them about delivery time and any changes constantly during the morning of the delivery. The sofa is very good quality and exactly as we ordered. Will shop with SCS Lincoln again in the future.

Ordered Lazyboy sofa which was delivered June 2024. 9 months later the recliner has stopped working. Sent emails to SCS as within 1 year warranty but have been ignored to date. Should have taken heed of numerous complaints on Facebook.
