From initial shop to final set up the experience was 5 🌟

Service in store was amazing, the rep was so friendly and patient. Plus, the sofa arrived earlier than anticipated and was installed quickly! No damage, no mess!

The sofa itself (Savazza corner group) is insanely comfortable!! I would say make sure you’re measuring your doorway and entranceways not just the space it’s going in, cause it’s MASSIVE!!!

Can’t fault any part of the service. Would use again and recommend!!

The twi guys were exceptional went above and beyond with wrong information they were given thankyou very much guys (the delivery boys ) the people in the scs shop need there arse kicked as it was a 3 man job not a 2 and this was agreed at purchase . Not fair on the delivery guys but they were brilliant

We were advised that the delivery would be between 11.05 and 11.30, I kept tracking and it changed about five times. I telephoned the store around 14.45 to find out when we would receive as we had no telephone call all day from the carriers.

When they were making up one of the couches, the extension to the arm rest was put on upside down and my wife had to point this out to them to get it assembled correctly. Once they left we noticed that the front legs of one of the couches had the legs put on the wrong way round and between the two couches there were three bolts missing from the legs. We have now fixed this by ourselves.

When we ordered in the store we were promised that the delivery guys were experts and we would be very happy with the way the couches were built up, this was completely the opposite. I think the incompetence we experienced was to do with them being rushed and trying to get everything done very quickly.

I have noticed on the job sheet that there is a signature, this is not mine or my wives so why has it been signed?

I am very frustrated that I have been charged over £100 for this shoddy effort, I look forward to hearing your comments and would expect to be compensated for the delivery charge.

The one good thing is that we are very pleased with the couches.

We ordered a chair and promised delivery within a week after 3 delivery dates and now 9 weeks on we were told we would get a refund so we went elsewhere and bought another chair my partner has terminal cancer and has been sitting on a dining room chair today I received another email saying delivery will be this Thursday they offered us a full refund I am at a loss with this company there a joke all we want is the money back Still no refund they tried to deliver the original chair we ordered what don’t they get about we bought another chair somewhere else our order number is S0017/1000361130 just put the refund back in the bank Ty

Utterly shambolic!!
New sofa delivered late yesterday!
Issue 1 - sofa not built correctly, when the two cowboys moved it it fell apart!
Issue 2- when testing the electric recycling they moved the head rest forward & it stopped working, now no-one can sit in it!!
Issue 3- was told it would be fixed in a few working days maximum!! Lies, no-one coming till the 12 of December 😡😡
Issue 4- they didn't leave my leather cleaning kit!
It's safe to say I will not ever be recommending SCS bunch of cowboys!
The reason they were late was because they couldn't build the last gentleman's sofa because they didn't have their tool kit, they had to use one of his screwdrivers!!
AVOID!!!!

Cannot fault the staff at shop or the delivery team for their work ethics and friendly attitude but the delivery we were meant to get with our electric media corner sofa was a helpful colleague to set up and show how to operate and connect our media centre sofa was only the delivery guys who were pushed to limits with no training other than go and deliver, very poor set up from company , no workforce backup nor assistance other than get job delivered

Made very light work of getting the couch indoors and assembling it. Very polite and professional

Showroom experience 100%! We met with Sarah who helped my mother in law choosing a recliner chair. Colour choices are fantastic, lots to choose from. Showroom laid out nicely and staff attentive and polite. Thank you to Sarah, mafe our experience nice and easy.

Terrible company, sofa has numerous faults in 6 months and whole experience has been poor from the start. One of the chairs had to be repaired as delivered damaged, repair company is poor too. Wrong parts ordered.

Will never use this company again and advise anyone to avoid.

Our sofa bed arrived and the boys found it very difficult to get it in the front door. I did think they would retreat due to the size and complexity of the delivery. The team did after sheer determination get the sofa bed into the house. The boys were friendly and I cannot fault their determination.

Notifications before arrival excellent. Called ahead. Checked layout before starting and excellent at assembling. Courteous and caring both. Thank you.

Came when they said they would, the boys were friendly and courteous, built up the sofa bed and made sure we were able to use it. They also removed all the packaging and took it with them

We bought a sofa from scs. I 2 seater and 1 2 and half seater. Buying process was faultless. Delivery day came and 2 guys "who were helping out" and said it was their "1st day on the job" They half heartedly uncovered 1 small part of our sofa, got to the front door and in their words"attempted to deliver " it. The 2 men got it to outside my front door, didn't even attempt try to edge it through they put it down and said:" no way was it going through" and "we aren't taking the chance incase it gets damaged " they continued " as we have to pay for it your window will need to come out". Bearing in mind this was the smaller part, the 2 seater. Fast forward to second delivery attempt today. SIMON AND PAUL. SImon called to say they only had half of our order. We called shop, spoke to Barry in the Kirkcaldy branch who was very helpful. Simon and Paul had no issues bringing it in through the door. They did a great job. We had a man ready to take out our window just in case
As now we are still waiting till they "find" our other half!!! Barry is wavering our delivery fee which is very much appreciated. So fingers crossed our smaller sofa is located and delivery soon. Thank you so much Simon and Paul for doubt a fab job. We have asked for them to deliver our other piece as well. Also thankyou to Barry. Although we are far from happy at what has happened they are attempting to sort it and that will determine what happens next. We hope you find our sofa soon.

The team agency 1 were very efficient and polite. They also demonstrated how to operate the recliner Tracy at the Kirkcaldy shop was also very helpful and any questions I asked she was ready to answer

Delivered when said they would, the guys were quick at assembling the couch. A great service

Attempted delivery to incorrect address, even after update had been noticed and supposedly amended.
Delivery incomplete, took over two weeks to resolve. Took me having to “threaten” legal action before progress was achieved.
Communication was non existent from the store. Contact had to be made from Sunderland before the store would react, even then timing promises were never met.
Considering the money that changed hands I am very disappointed in customer support/interaction we received from the store.

What a wonderful service from SCS the delivery company kept me informed right up to the minute my order was delivered and the link to view where they were was great I was able to see exactly where they were and when they would get to me the me were very professional and very pleasant and made sure my furniture was taken care of from their van into my house even though it wasn't a very nice day
It was assembled in my room in exactly where I wanted it and all the packaging was taken away leaving my room very tidy all in all a very pleasant experience from start to finish thank you so much

Second sofa bought from here. Barrie both times was brilliant and really knowledgable to what would suit us best.
