I was kept right up to date with my delivery time. The delivery crew were excellent, they unwrapped and set my sofa up and took all the packaging away.

We called into SFS-Poltronesofa on Alexandra Retail Park, Grimsby looking to buy new furniture. On entering the store we were welcomed by Wayne and we discussed what we were looking for and he guided us through the maze of sofa world. He left us to look and try at our leisure and then we decided what we liked so he came over & helped with our choice of fabric/colour etc. We had a dilemma on the size and came back later and Wayne helped us finalise what we needed. He was very helpful not pushy and super efficient with the order and paperwork. We would definitely recommend Poltronesofa and their staff to family and friends even to enjoy the wonderful smell that fills the showroom as soon as you walk in, very calming.

Wayne was very personable and helpful when we visited the store. He provided us with lots of options and encouraged us to try all of the display furniture and even went above and beyond making us drinks whilst we browsed. He was very patient with us and was flexible when I changed my mind three times. Very satisfied with our experience.

Well laid out showroom with some beautiful furniture. Staff member was friendly without being pushy, very helpful and appeared when we needed him! We bought a reclining armchair at a decent price (reduced!) and are awaiting delivery.
