Absolutely brilliant l received a text plus email the day before giving me a approximate time and saying they would contact me in the morning giving me a better idea of the time which they did l got a telephone call from a very polite man saying they expected to be with me within the hour I then got a text later on giving me a more precise time When they arrived (Tom & Paul ) they were both very polite and very professional at there job . From arriving to unpacking and assembling it was a matter of minutes Thanks again Tom and Paul

From order to delivery, it was very slick..our time in the showroom with Conlan Mansfield branch, who's help and advice was invaluable to help us make the right choice for us, to Joe & Sam delivering our sofa & chair today...they kept us informed of arrival time, super helpful...made sure the rooms and entrance were clear before bringing furniture in...really nice guys, very pleasant and explained anything that needed our attention. Cleared everything away before leaving. They whole team are a credit to SCS, and the furniture is beautiful and true to the colours we had chosen. We are very Happy with the whole experience.

From the purchase to delivery everything was excellent

Delivery drivers where very good delivery was so quick and great care was taken setting the sofa and chair up. All rubbish was taken away and left room tidy. Excellent delivery guys great sense of humour nice to see.

Great care was taken with the delivery. I was kept informed all the way through the delivery process.

WARNING! The run up to delivery was fine, then when it was delivered, was told it wouldn't go through the door by delivery person who hadn't even got out the van. Went to store who arranged a redelivery by Scs men, not contractors. All good sofa and chairs delivered with no real problems. Noticed that the footrest on one chair does not close properly so went to store who gave me phone number and email to contact customer services. Been trying for 10 days to get in touch, sent numerous emails with photos, asked for call back several times, hours waiting on phone with no response. Will never use this company again, their customer service is appalling so now looking to go down the Ombudsman etc route.

As we walked through the door, we were greeted by james and informed of sofa types and material choices then left to browse with no pressure and only approached when we had a question. Again james was very helpful and well informed and helped us make the purchase with ease. Thank you

Deliver guys great, customer services v poor, 24 hrs before callback, shop manager rude, raising his voice at my partner, I step in explain that we was misinformed that suite came in 2 grades if leather, 2nd grade was £200 cheaper but we went for top grade only to find out, only one grade we could of saved £200, sales assistant even admitted he said 2 grades even though manager said only 1 grade available, big con no resolution, constantly diverting away from issue, my advice is avoid, not sure if new Italian owner knows or cares about these issues

Sofa arrived with 'slight mark' that the delivery guys said they were told I was aware of. They showed me the sofa, which was streaked with black & horribly stained across the back. I refused delivery as it was disgraceful.
The sofa bed I had also ordered was dismantled outside & reassembled inside, however the feet were broken & just bare screws, not ideal as ai have new carpets. It's now balanced on a block of wood to keep it off the floor. It's very, very uncomfortable and when customer services get back to me I shall voice my complaints re both sofas. I will never use SCS again. They really have no pride in their furniture or reputation.

We found the staff welcoming on entry giving us an outline of how the showroom was set out. After we asked for more information, Dean was very friendly and knowledgeable and took us through the selection of colour and grade of leather. With his Manager Baj? we took advantage of the holiday offers which suited us perfectly and have ordered a suite that we can't wait to relax in.

The staff were friendly and helpful a young man think called callum? He helped advise on which leather colours were available and how the sofas and chairs were constructed giving confidence in the products by doing this he answered all my questions and explained fully with regard to the 0% offer which was available
He advised on approximate delivery dates and was very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the whole process which he carried out extremely well
