Absolutely fantastic service ! I was kept well informed- the two guys Aaron and Arek were just brilliant ! Polite, very professional and friendly. A real credit to SCS. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Peter was very helpful and patient at the store. Took us awhile to make up our minds. The delivery was prompt and we were informed of the delivery in good time. The delivery team were very courteous and helpful. Well done SCS!

🐍🐍Order Taken Incorrectly – Double-Check Everything 🐍🐍

Very poor experience with ScS. Despite clearly ordering a Right-Hand Facing sofa, the salesperson at the Croydon store (Micheal) recorded it incorrectly, and a Left-Hand Facing sofa was delivered.

I signed the paperwork in good faith, trusting that a professional had entered my order correctly. The order diagram clearly shows the correct orientation, yet ScS still got it wrong and I got the wrong sofe delivered which doesn't fit my home. After several attempts to resolve this by phone and email, the issue was not handled properly. I am still waiting reply. I will take it to Furniture Ombdusman and Small Claims court.

This is a basic but costly mistake that should never happen on a major purchase.

I would never use SCS again.

**Strong warning to other customers**: do not rely on staff to record your order correctly. Check every detail line-by-line before signing, or you may end up with the wrong product and a stressful dispute to fix it.

I have never shopped at SCS before and would recommend this company 100%. There was no pressure with sales when we was looking around. Peter who looked after us throughout the whole 2 hours we were there, listen to us and answered all our questions professionally and with lots of knowledge. After listening to what we liked and disliked Peter showed us several sofas that fitted our specifications and we then settled on buying our new sofa with the very lovely help of Peter.

Very friendly, and helpful… was very careful with delivering my sofa, Vinnie and Simon were very polite.

Went to buy sofa from scs Croydon …. The delivery time was 16 weeks ….v ordered the sofa ..
but we could find a similar model sofa in another store with a shorter delivery time of 4-5weeks ….
I got the order confirmation 12 hrs after I ordered in my email and there was no paper confirmation given to us at the time of ordering …
Within 4 hrs time after receiving the order confirmation, we went to the store for cancellation.. but they told they don’t have the option to cancel at all … only we can amend the order …
If I need to cancel I ve to pay 30% of the purchase value…which we didn’t know nd nobody reads the fulls terms nd conditions when they make us sign on a small iPad …
The staff didn’t explain about the cancellation policy of the company when we were buying or signing..
So please be beware … we expect at least a 24 hr time for cancellation if any change of mind… which other furniture shops provide ..
SCS told us if we place an order , their suppliers won’t cancel that … we felt really trapped and that’s not at all fair from the part of a big company like this …
When we tried to put a mail to the company to requesting cancellation we found that they only have no reply email which brings the whole point to a full stop …. In store , the manager not giving an option to cancel saying it’s company rule and when thought of higher authorities in the company no wat to contact them … so think twice when u purchase something from here

Finally , With complete dissatisfaction I had to amend my order from there and now waiting that long …
A trap I felt …. So please be aware ….

The delivery was completed on the day, all be it a bit late but that does not appear to be deliverers fault due to busy schedule.
All completed within 30 minutes, carefully and with explanation and cheerfully.

Absolutely lovely delivery men didn’t leave until we were happy polite and friendly and it was lovely in the shop when we ordered as well

Liam and Neville delivered my new sofa this morning. They. were both very polite and efficient. The delivery
was prompt and the set up was extremely smooth. The delivery arrived much earlier than anticipated, throughout the process I was well informed by text and email of the delivery, very impressed with this Service.

In-store, Peter shared a wealth of really helpful product knowledge to make choosing our new sofas so much easier, lots of attention to our specific needs and expertise towards a superb selection. As advised, when delivery arrived it was early (in good time for Christmas preparations), well communicated and we appreciate the delivery crew who made light work of setting up and tidying away on the day. Brilliant! We are delighted with our choice

Reserved a sofa armchair and foot stool & was given a delivery date 6 weeks in advance. SCS delivered on the exact day, on time and the whole process was stress free. Highly recommend

I am berry upset and devastated ordered two arm chairs and a 3seater sofa in August had a partial delivery 11.11.25 of the 2 arm chairs one of which was damaged. Now fixed. I was given a date of delivery of the first week in December which I had to chance up. I received a text telling me safa will be delivered on 13th December this week. I then received a text today telling me delivery was cancelled and they couldn't give me a delivery date yet. I rand scs this morning the lady couldn't help me she sent email to store for them to call me. Up to now 6 hours later I have not received any communication. This is very unprofessional distressing and totally bad customer care. It is now the 11th December 24 hours later the store has NOT communicated with me. The only communication is on this review site December 12th still no contact from SCS store regarding any delivery.
December 16th still NO communication from the store. I have now found out how to contact the head person in SCS who I will contact to escalate this issue.

Delivery men were both professional. They removed their shoes without prompting. Very rare to have such courtesy. They were in and out promptly. On the whole a very good experience.
