From start to completion, excellent service, Sofa is a dream, so very happy, colour choice and comfort, fits beautifully into our room. Would recommend anytime, so glad we visited SCS. Delivery guys Stewart and Reece very caring, and more than punctual timing perfect, Thank you to them both.

Excellent. I had Stewart and Reece deliver my suite they were very polite and they were very careful in my home. They fitted my recliners and made sure they worked. They also took all the packing away.

Great service, highly recommend
Visited SCS in Stanway, Colchester on 4 Aug and was greeted by the very helpful Lee to select a sofa and some other living room furniture. Service was top notch, super helpful, I got some great ex-display items at fab prices and delivery was arranged there and then. Items were delivered quickly and arrived as arranged on 10 August (as they were ex-display), I was kept updated throughout the day with emails / texts and a timeslot with ability to track the journey of my items. The delivery guys Jakob and Stuart were really great too, very professional, were on time and delivered and unpacked the items carefully. Overall a very very good customer experience, a house now feels like a home so thank you to the team at SCS in Colchester 🥰

We visited the Tollgate branch back in…
We visited the Tollgate branch back in May after visiting so many other sofa retails. We were approached by Sonny who explained the layout of the store etc. After browsing and testing a few sofas Sonny answered all of our questions what a great guy very down to earth and not pushy at all which we as customers appreciated,We had a great laugh as my partner and Sonny talked about football i relaxed on the recliner we were purchasing lol. A great experience from entering the store to the purchase of our new sofa (Which arrived yesterday. Thank you Sonny your a great asset to SCS and a fab salesman even though your a Millwal fan.
I have done a separate review on the delivery which was also fantastic the communication on delivery day & time was spot on.
