Excellent service from the delivery team. Although I was initially informed that delivery would be between 07.00 and 12.00, the start time was changed numerous times during the morning. They arrived at 09.50 and I had been kept informed of expected time by text and phone. When delivering furniture every care was taken and whole experience was perfect and it is now in situ exactly where I wanted it
If I ever need another delivery from ScS I would welcome these two into my property anytime, they even helped me dismantle the old chair that I have replaced without hesitation

We ordered 2 x sofas for 2 different rooms, went into the shop to choose the style of sofa and then after that the fabric we wanted, from endless options. My only feedback would be, it would be nice to be able to order a swatch to take home, either online or on store as we had grey and greys differ so much in the lights. They have a section in store which you can compare fabrics you have chosen under "daylight lamp" etc which did help us, but a sample to take home would have just given us the final comfort. We were given a delivery date, albeit 4 months away, but that date was stuck to, to the day, brilliant delivery service and happy with both sofas. Was effortless.

Great customer service and excellent delivery service

No refund or cancellation policy, never have i ever been told no cancellation is allowed. Usually it’s a 14 day cancellation policy for any retail or good bought. Today i was told you can not cancel when i only placed an order on Saturday.
I wanted to change the size of my sofa ordered as we made a mistake on the size but due to being over 48hrs , i was advised no so i asked to cancel the order .
Apparently its in the terms and conditions they send you via email, what i never received

Shannon in the shop was very helpful and patient when we made our choice for sofa. Even when we had to go back and make adjustment to our order and when asked when it would be delivered and if we could ha e a specific date she was very tentive.

The delivery was great very early wake up call of 6 am on. Saturday. But the delivery guys where understanding that just had new carpets so we're considerate and took shoes off and where very careful. Very excellent job. One of the feet were broke on the foot stool but they took picture took all the feet off so we could still have the foot stall.

The delivery team contacted me the night before with an estimated delivery time and again in the morning to confirm the time. They also attached a link to the text which enabled me to open at anytime and check their delivery status - current location and the number of drops they had left before they reached my address. This meat l could carry on with my day and check the delivery status at any given time. As promised the driver contacted me when they were an hour from my address.On arrival they introduced themselves and one courier asked to see where I wanted the furniture to go, whist the other courier began to unwrap the furniture. They handled the furniture with care and even cleared all the wrapping. From start to finish the delivery was seamless. The two delivery couriers were friendly, polite, efficient and professional from start to finish.I would have no hesitation with recommending the delivery company.

Disgusted .. We bought sofas from SCS Chelmsford store . The sofas came a week later than promised and when it arrived it was smeared in dirt as the packaging was so poor and torn in many places . It was an expensive Italian corner unit in white fabric which looked like a back and white sofa when it arrived . Absolutely ridiculous.it not like they don’t know that sofas especially white fabric ones need proper wrapping although any sofa should come properly protected for transit and delivery . We will never use SCS ever again. The staff is also incompetent at the store especially the sales girl called EVE who could not even enter our address correctly without spelling mistakes despite having to correct her twice and still the same mistake on delivery note . When asked why I had no one contact me about my delivery on the date promised in store , her response that 9/10 times customer get contacted . Maybe I was the 10th person who didn’t not get contacted .. trying to ring the store about any issues and getting someone to answer the phone, you have a better chance winning the lottery. . Never again . Lesson learnt .

Excellent professional service by the delivery team, polite, respectful and efficient. Very clean and tidy, kept me updated throughout and delivered and assembled my new sofas swiftly and professionally.

The furniture was delivered on time and by three very friendly delivery men in the pouring rain. It was unwrapped and assembled and all packaging taken away.

Am disappointed however that the 3 seater sofa (which comes in two parts and is levered together) has a big gap between the two parts and needs to be adjusted. Surely this should have been checked during quality control before being delivered? We now have to wait over another week before a technician can inspect and hopefully correct the fault. Both the store and customer services have been helpful so far & the initial sale made by Andy at the Chelmsford branch was well handled.

I brought a Lazyboy recliner from Scs Chelmsford last year and the after care service has been non existent, even the Chelmsford store had trouble getting hold of customer service and when I did speak to someone they told me they where under staff and couldn't come with the high volume of calls.im left with a chair that is not comfortable but Scs says that this is nothing they can do? I can not recommend Scs and would avoid

Delivery was great there was a screw missing from my lugo corner unit delivery crew advised they could get an engineer to fit a screw my husband found a screw and bolt which they fitted, I understand things happen but when you have paid thousands for furniture this should have been double checked at the factory.
