Warm welcome at store from pleasant and knowledgeable salesman who was not even slightly pushy. If the two sofas we bought are as good as he was, we'll be happy. Store layout and product display very good.

We went in and we was greeted very nice and we told him what we was looking for and he had one in so we tried it and he said to have a look around so we did and then we looked at the leather samples and we picked one and then we ordered thechair and he was very good

the delivery schedule was kept up to date online, and the delivery men were both efficient and polite and they took all the rubbish away.

Excellent experience with ScS. The sofa quality exceeds its price point, offering great comfort and a modern look. I was worried about the delivery due to some social media feedback I'd seen, but my experience was the complete opposite-it was delivered ahead of schedule. Highly recommend if you want quality furniture without the long wait.

When choosing and buying the sofa, all the staff in store at Blackburn were great. Even when I called in to see if delivery could be brought forward due to house buy being sooner.
The delivery guys were lovely and kept me up to speed with timings. They were a,little later due to difficulties at a previous delivery but all was fine.
They then stated they'd never assembled a sofa that we had purchased and struggled. Very embarrassed after my husband built it all, they suggested we ask for a discount in delivery.
Called ScS and got call back instead of queuing, nice and quick. Not helpful at all, no room for discussion or goodwill gesture. Computer says no!
Other than that, all good.

I purchased a lshape sofa. On the day of delivery it was left on my drive and i spoke to the store. The delivery made no attempt of taking the legs off to get it in. I paid someone to take the legs off and bring them in as i had back surgery so could not attempt this myself. Spoke to tom the store manager and for 3 weeks hr had me waiting with hope that i would be refunded /goodwill £100. Today he rang to say he wont be doing this and sorry for the experience but nothing in terms of a refund.

Brilliant service from scs Blackburn. They were helpful without being over bearing which was refreshing. Really friendly welcoming atmosphere.

Delivery process was great, the men were professional but also friendly and helpful. They removed any packaging, tested the sofa recline function. Would highly recommend them.

The delivery got cancelled twice. The sofa had a broken leg, which, I have been told, will not be a problem because someone will came to repair it.
The delivery team for Blackburn was outstanding, grateful they were in time on the delivery day and they finished the job quick.

I enjoyed the purchase of my new 3 piece suite. The showroom staff were helpful and patient whilst I was choosing the fabric. The range of fabric is amazing. The process was good as it was easy to track the progress of my sofa and I could see it was on target for delivery. The delivery information was outstanding and I was told regularly when to expect the delivery. The information was given in various forms including email and text. The delivery team were polite and respectful of my home. They explained how the sofa went together which was helpful in case I ever need to move it as it is a heavy sofa due to the electrics. Overall I would recommend SCS as it delivered my sofa on time and it is excellent quality. Exactly what I wanted.
