The friendly staff,

I absolutely love my new sofa, the whole experience was seamless, the sofa was a little bit more than I wanted to pay compared to alternatives from other stores, but I would say I have certainly got what I paid for, quality is fantastic, sofa is stylish, the guys who sold it were pleasant to deal with, the team that delivered it were great, very friendly, and made sure it was in the right place and I knew how to use the reclining options. Over the moon with my purchase - Thank-you.

From the moment we went into store in Aintree 13th March the sales assistant (Thomas I think his name was) was so very helpful, he went through everything with us once we picked our couch and made everything very pleasant, he told us it would take roughly 14 weeks which is what we wanted as we were decorating. We picked our delivery date 18th June and delivery people we just amazing they fitted our couch quite quickly and were very pleasant, I would recommend this company a million times over as we did have a bad experience with another company. Thanks again

the salesman did a first class job greeting us at the door to welcome us into the shop gave us a good tour showing us many fine sofas then sat with us to discus our needs the service was five star then he found the sofa i really liked & so we sat in it & talked about options & choices of material colours i was so impressed with the sofa & the service i paid in full on the spot only down side is the eight week wait for delivery but am sure it will be worth it when its in my lounge ..

I ordered a sofa with Simon in-store and he could not do enough to help me in choosing the style, fabric and colour of the sofa i wanted. He made the process easy and explained how it all worked when the sale went through. Would recommend to others to buy a sofa with poltronesofa

Visited the store a few times before deciding on what to buy. I was assisted by Katie every visit. She has been welcoming and informative without being too pushy, explained the ongoing offer clearly and the buying process was smooth sailing.
Overall a very good experience with the service provided.

We had a good idea what we wanted but my husband hadn’t seen the chairs & sofa I had picked in another SCS store. The assistant was very helpful in Aintree & luckily we both chose the same furniture. Can’t wait for it to be delivered.

We had texts to let us know what date it was being delivered. Then on the day of delivery we got a call from them to say we will be there at half 10. They arrived on time, checked where we wanted each piece of furniture and put it in that place. They cleaned up after themselves and were kind and respectful.

Great experience from choosing to delivery. Customer advisors ( Tom) so helpful and friendly in the Aintree store.
Furniture arrived 2 weeks before estimated date ( another plus) and the delivery guys were fantastic respected our home and the new sofas, did a very speedy and tidy job !! 10/10 all around .

The man who dealt with us was not at all pushy.
He was really helpful and done his best to get us a good deal.
I think it's important to have a sales person who understands his customer.
We change our furniture regularly and we would use this store again if we were met with such a nice, understanding salesperson.
