I’m very happy with my delivery, which arrived on time. Thanks to Dave, who was extremely helpful and understanding, especially when we encountered an issue with the delivery address.

Today we received a call from the manager or your Aintree store, he called after 2 emails had been sent to your company. My wife explained she had ordered black cushions but had received blue ones, he basically said she’d signed the order sheet so that’s our problem, also our suite lay in a warehouse in Scotland for 4 weeks before we received it again not your problem
We feel very let down by your customer service

As explained to your very helpful manager we ordered black cushions but dark blue came, how does a customer know which colour a number represents, however as stated by your lovely manager it’s not the company’s fault

From the moment we entered the sale room to the delivery today it has been a pleasure and great customer experience.

Delivery men attended between the allocated time. Brought in the house. Nothing was to much trouble. Assembled couch . Removed the rubbish. In and out in 10 minutes. Really friendly.

SCS are a complete joke who are not interested once they have your money. We bought a sofa which we collected on the 11th of August and once we unwrapped it we realised it was damaged. The material underneath was ripped the wheel was shredded, there was a hole in the material at the bottom and the runners that a pull out bit operates from was bent out of shape. they finally sent an engineer who replaced the material but could not fix the mechanism and said he needed instructions from Italy, SCS promised week after week to call us back and keep us updated which they never did, We have been ringing them twice a week for the last month to the point we have asked them to come and collect the sofa and give us a refund which they refused.. We are now having to file a section 75 claim with our credit card company.. DO Not use SCS they are a joke..

Terrible service. Communucation is poor to non-existant. 1 of 2 items recieved with no word of this until the actual delivery arrived.

System complication meant some ex-display items could apparently be sold, but not shipped. That was weeks ago. Multiple times have been told "its all sorted" however it clearly isnt.

The store (Aintree) rarely anwers the phone. When they do its just to say what you want to hear.

This was a small add-on order, to our larger sofa. I honestly would have not ordered such a high cost item based on this experience.

They work hard to get your money-then nothing.

Took almost 3 months to have my furniture

Delivery guys really nice, gave plenty of notice and rang to confirm delivery time. No issues getting sofa in the house and set up. Sales team at SCS lovely. We looked around other sofa shops and the sales person said, you'll be back. She was right , this was the best sofa around in our opinion. Sofa itself is beautiful and well worth the wait, the only one who is unhappy is the dog because he isn't going near it, its too nice. Thanks SCS.

It was certainly worth the wait.
The quality and comfort are top-notch.
The delivery team, George and Peter, provided excellent communication on the delivery day.
I highly recommend SCS, as I have had nothing but great experiences after two purchases.

The delivery guys tried their best to get the sofa in through the front but it was too tight. They then asked if we could try the back. I had to open the alley way and move all of next doors possessions out the way. Again they couldn't get the sofa through. They had to take off the back gate and still it wouldn't fit. The delivery man was annoyed and said his next customer is waiting so what do I want to do. He said if we knocked the piece of wood away from the door frame it would come through. I asked a neighbour for a hammer and eventually the sofa came through. I felt like the delivery guys were under pressure to get to the next job but were rushing and getting frustrated about not being able to easily get the sofa in. I now have to get a new back door replaced. Had I have been told about delivery and access etc I might have thought twice, especially about getting such a big sofa but I wasn't told or warned about this.

We visited the Aintree store looking for a specific sofa range. Throughout our time there, the level of service at from the staff was good. We were assisted by their staff member Kate, who was very knowledgeable and personable, without being too overly involved in our selection. She helped us with our final choice of sofa and fabric. Kate explained everything to us and we were happy with the total price that she worked out for us. We were advised that we should receive our sofa in November, which suits us.

Guys in the shop were excellent very accommodating, knowledgeable and trying to offer solutions to questions we had on room shape, size of furniture, lighting in room etc. Sales process was well explained, Communication after sale could of been better lack of emails and updates not great but not stressful. The lads who delivered the sofa and fitted together where superb, friendly, engaging and helpful. Communication on the day from them was brilliant and their care and attention second to none.

Excellent service from choosing the suite to the delivery guys delivering it today.
Delivery was postponed a few times from the main factory so bear in mind if you want the suite for a certain time. It didn't cause concern for me as I wasn't in urgent need. It was delivered today kept informed to very high standard right up to time slot for the delivery. Assembled by delivery men who were excellent and respectful of the property and very careful when assembly was completed. Settee is excellent quality I am very pleased with whole service.
