I entered the showroom knowing which sofa I wanted. My mum and I were greeted warmly and greeted in Italian by Shirley. Having an Italian father I was delighted by this. We were shown to the sofa and tested it for comfort and we were happy. We were shown a variety of covers/fabrics and made our choice. Ordering and paying was very straightforward and Shirley was so helpful.

We had a great experience in South Shields store, Julie couldn’t do enough for us, lovely lady , very friendly & patient, as were rest of the staff . She helped us pick our perfect sofas that are due to be delivered . Definitely no complaints from us.

We visited the store in paisley,at abbotsinch.we we're greeted by with a warm welcome from peter.he made us feel very relaxed,he was most helpful, explained all the options and answered any questions we had.A thoroughly pleasant man.

Shopped at Paisley store. Salesperson Sunny is appropriately named. He was very bright and sunny, knowledgeable about product we were looking for and materials, delivery time and extended warranty. He suggested fabric choices suitable for existing furniture we were matching new chair with and suggested viewing chosen fabric in different lights using in-store technology. It took us a while to decide on colour choice and it was important for me that he gave us time to decide and discuss it with, what it felt like, no pressure at all.

Nothing was any trouble and we were given plenty of time to choose what sofa and chair suited us.

We were greeted by Shirley on entry to the shop she was very helpful and friendly and we were immediately put at ease. After finding the perfect sofa that suited our needs Shirley sorted everything out including delivery timescale what was included in the cost it was all so easy. Shirley was excellent and even injected some humour into the service which was well appreciated. No overbearing sales talk just fantastic service from a lovely lady who is a credit to the store.

I actually cant say enough. Poltrone are really classing up the joint. It smelled Ah-mazing. The sofas look so much nicer in person than they do on scs website. The sales guy was just so helpful, giving us freebies. Pulling out fabric samples. Showing us round. Giving us space. Not gonna lie it was hard work trying to narrow down from all the choices. So many beautiful sofas and pretty much in any material you could possibly imagine. They double check everything, meticulous service from the Renfrew store

The fact we could walk around the showroom without being pestered also they were there when we had any questions needing answered., a really nice man helped us out ( can't remember his name ) his wife's name is helen same as mine , he was amazing at helping us out which lead to a purchase. Iam so pleased with my purchase and the help he gave me .

Just overall easy experience. Great staff, very friendly and helpful with any questions i had for them. Sofa is a lovely colour, macadamia 140 ( yellow). Really pleased with the colour of leather.
Delivery guys very good too, kept informed of the arrival time and were very professional at their jobs, service with a smile.

Staff members very welcoming and friendly.

Appreciated being left until a decision was made. Not pushy.

Shirley offered a wonderful service to us today while in buying a new couch for our family home. We have specific needs with sizing and comfortability which Shirley guided through the details. We made a perfect choice with her advice and are looking forward to our new couch when it arrives later this summer!

We went in to buy a sofa for the first time for our first home, Alison couldn’t have been more helpful if she tried, made us feel so welcome and helped us with our purchase.

Appreciate you stating the shop is checking with the warehouse regarding my furniture. We still have visitors and still without the four seater sofa, chair and sofa bed.
No one has given us an update as to when or if we will receive ALL our furniture. However they are happy to have received over 4K without delivering the promised (3 times) furniture.
Lynsey how long would you suggest we wait for this furniture which was ordered 2nd January 2026. Before we lodge a claim with the small claims court here in Scotland!!
