Any out of stock items are clearly highlighted online and it even allows you to set up a reminder so that scream can contact you when they are back in stock. Website is very easy to use and delivery is usually max 2 working days. We have only been trading with Scream for a short period but look forward to continuing doing business with them in the future.

I have been with these guys for some time now and I have contacted them by email and phone and I have never been dissapointed by the efficiency of their support and their service.
If I was forced to say anything negative it would be that if your order is a small one it could be sent out in a plastic bag, this could lead to damaged packaging in your items, but other than that i really cannot fault them at all, I live in the North East of Scotland in a rural area and I still manage to get my orders delivered well within acceptable time limits, sometimes even quicker than i get from Aberdeen, which is only 50 miles away!!
In my humble opinion you can certainly deal with these guys in total confidence that your orders will be sent out quickly and any problems, if they arise, will be dealt with very satisfactorily and quickly!

I found them helpfull and always ready to try and help with any problem. I would say that they seem to be for the business' that have been trading for a while and not those who are just branching out.What I mean by this, is to make anything on a item you need to be buying in bulk say 10+ or you buy two or three and make peanuts. I think they could do something to help those trying to build up so one day soon they to can buy bulk. Other than this I think the quality of service I have had has been very good.
