Lucy was exceptional - I don't think I've ever experienced someone in her role with any other company that was that thoughtful, comprehensive, competent and also so pleasant to speak with. Every issue I had coming into the call was subsequently addressed and resolved during the call. What more can a customer ask for?

Fantastic products with support from an amazing team
Whilst trying to build a business is hard enough, being able to put together waitlists and concepts is invaluable as an MI tool. Scoreapp makes things an easy and assessable. The back up and support has been 1st class!

This software is fantastic and as intuitive as can be made for simple projects.
That said, I had a bigger project, Karl was exceptional in answering easy questions in email, and Sarah G. went above and beyond, she met with me to solve my technical questions and help me design an assessment that will be the cornerstone of my business.
Highly recommend and LOVE this customer success team.

First timer, feeling like a pro!
The feedback and connection to a human being made this a great experience. Immediately responsive, know one does this as well as this. I sorted out my ScoreCard largely with the book and a film by Daniel. But when I couldn't do something, there was support within 30 seconds. I had a few things that were tiny details. I was talked through the extent of the model and made the adjusts. Well done guys! Definitely making a dent!

I had been struggling to make sense of my quiz (maybe have helped if I had watched some training videos rather than winging it) but Sarah took me through each area and was so helpful. Excellent introductory call with Lucy
Had a really great introductory call with Lucy, who took me through some features that I was unfamiliar with and also answered all of my questions about the capability and flexibility of the Score app platform.
She also kindly offered me a second call to review my score app page once I'd implemented the changes that we discussed. All in all, a really great experience with someone who seemed genuinely interested in my success!

Best Onboarding Experience I ever made
I jumper on ScoreApp like 1 week ago and I already dived deep on my own.
The tool is amazing and I already got 11 new leads within the past 7 days.
Can‘t wait to dive further into the tool.
