Schepens Removals Recenzje

Absolutely fab service from start to finish. A massive thank you to Tracey & Chris for all of their help. Schepens took away the stress of moving our belongings from London to Sweden and were so informative with customs requirements etc. Would highly recommend to all!

fair price plus calm, friendly and professional staff. went the extra mile for us.

Nothing but positive. My goods had been in storage for sometime. It was a seamless exercise to then have them moved to my news address. The removal crew were efficient, friendly and respectful.

Everyone involved made a pretty nerve wracking experience very simple.
Communication was excellent as there were quite a few false starts with the moving date.
The removals team on the day were fantastic. Friendly and professional.
Thank you to the whole team!!

Great service from start to finish! Highly recommend

Very professional yet friendly company, from the office staff to the movers and packers on the day. We had the full packing service, and it's definitely worth it - takes out some of the stress of moving home.

Having lived in my house for 25 years and accumulated many many items the thought of moving house was daunting.
I needn't have worried. The crew from Schepens were efficient and very hard working. One and a half days packing and the same for unloading. The new house is up a footpath with no vehicular access but this was not a problem for them.
Nothing was too much trouble for the team, and and any emails to the office were promptly replied

Move From U.K to Sweden
Great service from the first day as always having in mind thet we have used their services before many times !
The company Schepens offered a great service with good and quick communication.
Always on hand with advice and information ahead of potential issues with the Swedish Customs.
Great delivery service with live tracking available with an wonderful team, both office based and on the road.
Our boxes were moved carefully and none of our things were damaged !
I would definitely recommend Schepens to future customers!

We experienced a professional and courteous removal with Schepens. This would have been five stars except for the amount of paper used for packing in the removal which caused concerns in the waste.

First class service from a really hard working and courteous team can't fault thank you.

Excellent service and very good care throughout the process

Move From U.K to Sweden
Fabulous service from the very start! Very efficient with good communication. Always on hand with advice and information ahead of potential issues with Customs. Great customer service with tracking available with a very good team, both office based and on the road. Our furniture was moved effortlessly with great skill and care taken! Would definitely recommend, competitive quote with great reviews made us choose Schepens.

We had used Schepens twice before for local removals in the UK and had been very happy with their service. When it came to moving from the UK to Germany they were our first call - and we could not be any happier with the experience. Professional onsite survey, competitive quote with great support from Paul and the office team throughout the prep stage. The team for packing and loading were very friendly, efficient, courteous and simply packed and treated our belongings as if it were their own. Driver and assistant for the unloading at the other end were equally great: very friendly, efficient, careful, considerate - made sure everything was left as and where we had wanted. The entire Schepens team made sure that the whole event was as stress-free as it could be - and we can’t thank them enough. What really stood out to us is how much everyone were proud of their work and their company - eager to do the best job possible.
Can’t recommend them highly enough and would use them again any time.

I can thouroghly recommend this service. Very professional, friendly and helpful. The only thing keeping me from giving a 5 star is that all the fabric items from the moving boxes had a strong musty smell when being unpacked from being in storage for four months.

Had my move from the UK to SE and the process was exactly as expected: fast, practical, efficient and with a great price tag.

The team was 5 stars, from the support service to the drivers on both collection and deliver.

The CS team answered my dozens of emails and questions with patience and I could not be more grateful to them.

Drivers and companion - Helpful efficient, on time, respectful and friendly. Items collected on time and delivered on time. The cherry on the cake was the app showing the drivers traject towards my address so I could track them on real time which made it easier for me to be home on time.

My items were delivered in the same way I packed, it was like they didnt even touch it.

I would say, if you need to move your stuff from and to the UK, just contact Schepens as they will do the job for you.

Thank you team for the super service. Excellent, cant descrive it better than 5 stars!

Brilliant, friendly, polite, considerate and respectful service from start to finish. Did everything they said they would and a bit more besides. A 2 van move, boxes and garden pots and plants up to our ears, they coped with all of it without complaint. Highly recommend Schepens as your removal company.

Schepens did our house move from the UK to Sweden. We were impressed throughout by their service. They provided excellent information before the move regarding Swedish imports and the necessary paperwork. In particular they went above and beyond in providing flexibility when we encountered some issues with the timings of our move. This really helped us at a stressful time! They did an excellent job with both packing and delivering our items, working quickly and professionally, and everything arrived safe and sound. We'd warmly recommend them to anyone considering a house move.

Great service where nothing is too much trouble. The only request is to give us ways to get rid of the enormous amount of wrapping paper even if there was a moderate charge to take it away when collecting the boxes

Schepens did our international removal from UK to Germany. They were very professional, great support during the preparation, hard working and always on time. I can definitely recommend them.
The only minor topic was that the labeling of the boxes was a bit random.

My experience with Schepens has been very positive, from the initial visit by the surveyor to the move itself. The whole team was very friendly and professional throughout, making what could have been a painful process seamless. Their customer service is outstanding. I really appreciated working with a smaller family-run business, where i could speak to real people, which made it a much more personal and pleasant experience. Thank you!
