Jeg har brugt scanpan i 20 år, både til restaurations brug og privat.
Skifter ikke mærke igen.
De er helt perfekte.

Purchased my first copper 18cm maitre D sauté pan from supplier Harts OF Stur and on first use, the pan discoloured and all the copper coloured dsiappeared. Sent pictures of comparison and got replacement and same happened to replacement pan. Low heat, hand wash only and both compared with my existing copper pan from different manufacturers. Also the box stated designed in Denmark , strictly manufactured in China. Is this a fake pan and is it that Scanpan claims is manufactured in Denmark but really is China?

Very bad experience with a purchase made less 2 years ago, which lost most of its non-stick after 1 year. I had brought a similar pan for 12£ around the same time, which has kept it's non-stick for well over 2 years, which is typical for a good non-stick pans. The company when contacted, right away rejected my claim, saying there was no manufacturing defect. Not sure what that means, aside from not wanting to stand behind their product at all. Look for a non-stick with similar weight, and you will most definitely, purchase a better non-stick pan

Jeg skiftede til SCANPAN oplevelsen i 2006 og har ikke brugt andet siden (gryder, ovnfad og pander).

Uovertruffen performance og jeg har testet mit køkkengrej i Singapore, Schweiz, USA og sidst her i Danmark hvor jeg netop købte 2 CTX pander.

Kan kun give bedste anbefaling og baseret på min ydmydige vudering giver SCANPAN de bedste mad resultater og oplevelser!

I purchased the 10" Scanpan IQ induction frypan and very early on eggs particularly began to stick
The pan had a lifetime warranty and I called many times to scanpan and I spent considerable time trying all of their recommended methods to clean and restore the pan I did this many times without success, With Covid they closed there telephone line and only took emails. I was offered a warranty return and returned the pan a 3 weeks ago and they still have not responded despite e my emails and faxes to them
I am very disappointed since this was an expensive pan with a alleged lifetime warranty

Scanpan er nr. 1, jeg har en pande der er min favorit, helt suveræn.

Jeg har en scanpan stegepande i 5år den er den bedste jeg har haft

BEWARE if you'r looking for integrity. The pan broke down because of sticking, and poor quality.
I purchased my Scanpan from Gourmet Warehouse, they sold me on, high quality Swiss made LIFETIME Warranty!
Shortly after the year the pan was having problems with sticking. I was informed on how to clean and restore the pan back to new. After a short time the pan started sticking again so I cleaned and restored again, but it was clearly never the same.
Returning serval times to the store I was unable to find help, they explained the pan should never been used on a Gas stove, or ever should I stir fry with olive oil. That was not the information I received when purchasing the pan.
Finally they informed me that I needed to deal directly with Swissmar.
Swissmar says "The condition of the pan has voided the warranty.”

Today I was offered a 25% discount to upgrade my pan, I can not bring myself to trust or support this company.

De gange jeg har valgt at købe en ny scanpan gryde i forskellige størrelser har jeg søgt på nettet og den har altid været billigere hos forhandleren eller isenkrammern. De levere også lynhurtigt og det er knald godt udstyr de fremstiller. Har brugt scanpan i over 20 år.

Super duper helt fin

Hele kunderejsen fra forventning til levering af varen kan ikke gøres bedre og hurtigere - tror jeg ikke (trods køb af en stegepande) ;-)

Jeg er glad for mine nye scanpan knive
Dem samler jeg og jeg vil også have andre scanpan køkken ting..
De er gode og kan anbefales til andre
