First order I placed with this company. I received it within days of ordering very impressed with the delivery.. well packed..
Had a lovely hand written card inside by Ansku.. Thank you. Would highly recommend Scandikitchen to my family and friends. My order is delicious.. I would give you more than 5* rating if I could

I have to give a very low rating as goods ordered on 28 April have still not arrived to me. It seems there has been a "Comedy of Errors" both with the courier company (APC) and the support at ScandiKitchen which has resulted in my order still not being with me now on 15 May - despite emails, telephone calls and arrangements made with both the courier company and ScandiKitchen. Really unsatisfying first experience.

I have ordered from this company numerous times. They even put a personalised postcard in with order and the name of whoever packed it. I have ordered from the website and from Amazon as well. Howewver last two orders I haven't received. I ordered on Amazon and went passed the delivery window by some time. I emailed and the response I got was very poor. They told me to wait another two weeks. They blamed Royal Mail and told me to go and ask my neighbour's if they had the parcel! No apology no resolution. I had to make a claim to get refunded. Stupid I ordered again. I would have bought from their site but their site didn't have the chocolate I wanted. Again the items haven't arrived and they gave similar reply. I emailed again no response. I get the impression they are marking items as dispatched to get paid by Amazon then not sending the order. Reason being was I asked when they sent it and they just replied on XXXX day which means they didn't know when they sent it. They really don't care.

They have an excellent range of Scandinavian snacks and sweets. The orders are packed and dispatched promptly, usually with a handwritten card (a nice personal touch!), and the delivery costs are very reasonable. I’ve ordered several times over the past year and have been very happy with the service.

I ordered something for the first time (fish paste) and got a very quick delivery, good price and good product. I would definitely order again

Great range of products, quickly dispatched despite Brexit messing up supplies, carefully and "lovingly" packed in mostly ecological packaging. Well done ScandiKitchen!

Great for picking up some of our Swedish favourite foods but when we visited the store we found the staff to be really rude and the service slow. We were able to pick up all the packaged items we wanted, but the food cooked in store wasn't the best. As we don't live in London we do most of our business online, the next day delivery is expensive if you only want a few things and if you pick the cheaper option expect to wait between 10-14 days for your order to arrive

Have now ordered twice from ScandiKitchen. First class, hugely professional service all the way, and good communication from order acknowledgement, tracking, and through to rapid delivery, even to communities in small remote villages in the Northwest Scottish Highlands. Superb packing with cool/ice packs for perishable items such as Swedish meatballs, sausages, or fish, etc., available at a modest extra charge. Highly recommended.

Using for years all the Swedish brands we like, excellent. User friendly website. Very fast courier service to Scottish Highlands and cool packed to keep food products fresh. For those that bit further from London it is worth paying the slightly higher next day delivery charge. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic and quick home delivery to another country!

The items were kept cold, even meat and fish (sill, ansjovis, skagenröra, falukorv) thanks to great packaging with ice packs.

I placed a large order of Swedish items which they shipped to Ireland, the delivery man came with the package to my door.

I will defo order from here again, I had a tiny issue with placing the order on the website but I called them and they helped me in a minute and were very nice.

Writing from France. I'm surprised by the negative comments. I ordered on September 28, and received my order October 1rst.
That's very fast, considering that I'm still waiting for an order to a competitor, placed September 23, not dispatched yet.
It's my third order to Scandikitchen and I've always been satisfied.

To say i love may seem a little bit too much but i do. I LOVE this wonderful company. Not only do i get to indulge from tastes of home, but the personal service, wonderful staff makes that purchase even more enjoyable. They communicate very well from purchase to delivery. Even during covid they adapted but continued to provide their usual quality of service. Delivery is clear and it arrived well packed (in 100% recycled and recyclable packaging. Perishable items are always packed with cool bags. (Sadly not recyclable) each box is also with a personal note from whom pack it. ive never had any issues, other than 1 time damaged item, which was refunded instantly. Im always excited to place an order. Visiting the cafe in london is my next ambition. I live in Wiltshire...so the fact id travel says it all. Keep up the wonderful good work guys at scandi kitchen. Been using Skandikitchen now for a while...it’s a brilliant service ...a great place to get Danish products a very good website and they inform you with regular updates..will continue to use them...products always arrive when arranged Best place for Scandinavian food.Also worth a trip to the shop...very worthwhile and nice people

The cafe / shop in London is great, but this review is for their online service. We placed an order, only for it to be rejected because apparently the postcode was wrong. But the postcode wasn't wrong, and sure enough the money was still taken from the card. Contacted them and were told they had no order from us in the system, but that we'd get the money back.

They have an excellent selection from across Scandinavia and always make you feel like a valued customer.

Order went smoothly. I chose "no rush" for shipping and waited a while, but once shipped the items arrived overnight. Perishables still cool on delivery (inside ice pack).

I tried SK’s wild bilberry preserve that was sold in a local shop and loved it so much that I googled them. I signed on to their newsletter and caught a truly amazing sale on the preserves, which I ordered in large quantity, partly as a gift for some of my high risk and elderly quarantined neighbours. Everyone who has sampled agrees that the quality is excellent - and the cloudberry and lingonberry preserves are just as delightful. The box was delivered on time and was very carefully packaged. I will continue to purchase from SK in future. Thank-you - quarantine is much more bearable with a supply of your gorgeous preserves. 😋

Really poor service, I too was happy to find this, as living in London, there is not much alternative too choose from. paid extra for express delivery, not came in time, grocery was defrosted, happen more then once. Had to trow away a lot of grocery since they can not be re- frozen. Try calling them, they simply just hang up, if keep trying to get hold of them, simply just hook of the phone. Try email them, why order taking so long, never ever have a got an answer or a excuse for have to wait 2 weeks for grocery.

I was pleased to find this website.
Disappointed with service. Order arrived late . In fact only arrived after I contacted them, but they did send by courier. Unfortunately there was an item missing. They did refund. But they had plenty of time to advise before they delivered. Which if they did I would have ordered a replacement. Sorry but no confidence in their service. Shame won’t be reordering.
