Excellent Service and Easy to deal with
The SBC staff are knowledgeable, helpful and provide an excellent technical and accounts service. From lease lines, cloud based solutions, mobiles or office systems, I have had a constantly excellent service. I would recommend speaking to them before you decide on a telecos business partner.

Service led business
There are many business-to-business telecom companies in the world. Most are driven by sales and long contracts, but SBC is totally service-driven. They provide the phone system for our business, along with many of our clients. All the feedback we get is that requests are resolved quickly and nothing is too much trouble. Very happy here!

Local Business giving excellent service, always
I have worked with SBC for the last 4 years. Greg and his team are without doubt the best Third-Party Supplier I deal with. Service is excellent, errors happen infrequently, but are always dealt with quickly, and the knowledge and experience in the team is second to none. I have no hesitation in recommending SBC to anyone.

Great local company
I have dealt with SBC for many years and have always found them to be very pleasant and helpful. Ian will always find the best deal for my mobile and recently found a better deal for both my husband and me. Paul, Greg and all the team there are really happy to ensure there are no issues and if there are will look into them.
