I have emailed several times about the necklace that I did order today. I ordered it in a 17 inch because your site would not let me order the 16 inch or the 14 inch.
I was trying to find out if you can size the one that is 17 inches that I purchased today and from what I understand y’all do resize necklaces. Can you resize this necklace that I purchased today to a 16 inches instead of 17 inch?

Exceeded my expectations. My first order from Sayabling. The cut on this created sapphire is amazing and so unique. I was concerned the profile would be too high but on my finger it’s perfect. This ring is weighty, they did not skimp on the silver.

Scam.. I can prove it. They will steal your money. Ordered over a month ago and won’t send my ring or respond to emails.

The stone is much darker blue, and is definitely not cushion cut as stated in your description. The claws holding the stone are much longer than shown in the pictures, and they make the ring look terrible.
