The discounts they advertise is a scam…
The discounts they advertise is a scam and misleading. They advertise 60-70% discount for everything on the shop, but they don't make it apparent that it's only available for members. If you use the code, you automatically get signed as a member and they charge you monthly fee of over 50 Euros. if you cancel the membership, you don't get your money back. They basically hide behind fine print in terms and conditions and when I complained about it, they offered me no solutions. I needed to report it to my payment provider to get my money back, because they refused to give either money back or store credit.
Additionally, they tell you that you get membership credits, but it's essentially store money and benefits are not worth it. 50/60euro per month for what?
*slightly reduced item prices for rewards members
* vague access to member-only sales
*the option of discreet packaging and annual birthday freebies and special discounts with purchase,
the price does not justify the benefits and they know it, that's why they put it fine print

This page is a huge scam! I ordered 20 euros worth of panties and they charged me 60 euros for being a member. WTF? I just ordered underwear, its not expected to be a member after you order a product online... I'm waiting 30 minutes to chat with a person to cancel my subscription???

Die Aufteilung der Website ist sehr übersichtlich und einfach bedienbar. Die Sachen an sich sind natürlich auch toll, man kann sich manchmal gar nicht entscheiden, was nan nehmen soll.
Was mich ein wenig geärgert hat, war, dass mir gesagt wurde, es gibt ein Geschenk gratis dazu ab einem Einkauf von 59,95€. Ich habe eins ausgewählt aus der vorgeschlagenen Liste und am Ende musste ich trotzdem dafür zahlen. So eine falsche Werbung zu machen, ist der Kund:innen gegenüber nicht fair.

Falsche Lieferung, keine Rückmeldung vom Kundenservice und weitere Abbuchungen
Es kam nur ein BH statt zwei, auf Emails wurde nicht reagiert. Den Betrag bekam ixh nicht zurück erstattet und trotz Mitteilung das ich keine weiteren Lieferungen wünsche wurde erneut 49,95€ abgebucht.
Der BH den ich bekam war absolut keine gute Qualität und er saß nicht gut. Das Material war Kratzer und schlecht verarbeitet. Leider ist der Kundenservice nie zu erreichen und Mails werden ignoriert. Lieber etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und wieder einen von Hunkemöller kaufen.

Even for a nice bra I won't deal with this delivery and loyalty programme again
The lingerie is nice, but the loyalty programme (without with lingerie is too expensive) is horrible. If you buy the lingerie for discounted price, you get into the trap of VIP-club which withdraws €50 from your account montly. Apart from the fact, that this feature is actually hidden, it is also absurd. Who would need a €50 amount of lingerie monthly, a stripper (respectfully)? Other women don't. Also, the delivery was a nightmare. They forgot to add the street and the house number to the package, so DHL sent it back to them. It took me one week of heated discussions with support team to prove I never received a parcel and deserve a refund. At some point it turned absolutely Kafkaesque when an employee told me he could not find any traces of my order at all. Coincidence or not, the situation changed only when I wrote a toxic tweet about that and tagged the brand account. Even after they returned my €50 on my account, I never could use all the money. It was always either €5 more (which would mean the beginning of the loyalty programme again, as the support agent told me; and I didn't want it again) or €20 less. So my €20 are forever trapped on the website now. As a hard-working immigrant, I am upset by that. And the brand should be upset too: I am normally very loyal to brands and spent hundreds at the popular lingerie store in the country where I lived before. But now I am so disappointed that I will never order anything here again. You got my €20 but you will lose hundreds... what was the point of all that. I am surprised to see such business in 2026, no client would be happy.

I accidentally got billed for multiple months, couldn’t pause it properly, and their chat support hung up on me without resolving anything. This is extremely shady and misleading, and it feels like they rely on people not noticing the charges. I demanded a refund and is not getting any replies, but I’m sharing this so others don’t get TRAPPED
